Your day looks much like most of my days except im not great at multitasking...lol. I have to do things one at a time or something gets overcooked, taken off too early or just doesn't get finished. Wish that was a talent I had but it's hard to teach this old dog new tricks.😂

Oh, I can purchase all kinds of chicken parts from whole to pieces, but I did find two stores that sell the carcasses real cheap which is great for stock....

beginning with you, I am proposing You Tube campaign for all canners to demand that grocery stores begin to carry "animal bones" for stock and broth. I am down to one grocery store that "sometimes" sells chicken backs. They are sold out as soon as they are put out. So, there is demand. Also want to see cleaned and skinned chicken feet. One grocery store told me they don't because it gives them a bad image .... LOL .... their loss and, sadly, ours. Would also like to see chicken fat and beef lard.
