Thank you Toni for this video. I went to a Lavender farm 2 weeks ago and picked Lavender. It is drying as we speak. While I was there, the owner had Lemon Lavender cookies, Lemon Lavender ice cream, they were both delicious. I also bought Lavender soap. They were selling Lavender sachets but they were too expensive, $6 each. Thank you again for showing this video 👍
Hi Toni! I love lavender. Something you could do too as you rub the lavender is maybe use a sheet/cookie sheet under the lavender. At least you will catch most of the flowers. Also a mini scoop to fill the sachet bags? Just an idea! The lavender made me think of France. We have an “adopted” daughter from France. We started out with her when she was a foreign exchange student at the age of 14! She would come back every year to visit. We got attached to her and her to us and our family. She is now in her mid 30’s. We love her like our very own! What a nice video Toni! You are gifted with many talents. Love you!
I use those bags regularly. I gift sachets as Sleep Aids to promote comfort, relaxation, and a supposed improved sleep. Some put a smaller sachet under their pillow. I suggest hanging the sachet on the lamp switch in all bedrooms, on the nightstands. It is not overpowering and really freshens things up.
I used to make them snd drop one in the bathtub as my eater eas filling. Add some Epsom salt if your muscles are achy. Try iu, you eill love it. Happy 4th of July

Yes, we are supposed to have a long heat wave across North America..( a heat dome).. I will be watering every day too..I love lavender too..They are so pretty..
This was nice to see. I used to like drying lavender and making dried flower for vases. As I got older I became allergic. So this was a treat for me to see.
Hi Toni - I can almost smell the lavender as you rub it off. I just finished 6 hours of garden weeding and came in for a water break and saw your video - I’m sweaty and muddy so I’m going to go take a bath with lavender epsom salts - the scent is so relaxing.

My friend Tracy (Tracies Local Learnings on here) does it with pressure canner and dry (no liquid in potatoes) and she says no problem ever, even tho not 'approved'. I just got my birthday present today ... a 23q Presto pc. So excited. Will try both ways and see which one the boss prefers lol. Marianne
Thanks for the news that you give to others about the States. I'm harvesting a little...I wind up planting late...but then again I live in the highest area of Appalachian Mtns of NC. Our last frost date was around 10th of May...generally I plant there about or after Mother's Day...I had seedlings started so I'm a little late getting my Tomato plants in the ground (they already have blooms on them)...I also need to plant my peppers too... The problem I have when a I plant SEEDS straight in the garden are the birds...I cover the seeds and uncover them during the day...but one evening I forgot to cover them and wind up with few plants....grrrr. I mean I live in the mountains with a lot of foliage and wild fruits growing but they still manage to rob my garden... Sometimes I sense they are watching me and waiting...😁

Corruption can't be cured or isolated. Personally, I accept that and carry on as my energy is best spent elsewhere. As children it was often suggested to us by our Auntie to "Be in the world, not of it" and to "Listen to al and follow none". I listen to Michael Yon also. He’s traveled the world & his office is in TX. He’s on many shows & talks about everything going on & is very knowledgeable about so many things & where this is all headed. Of course he’s on a lot of channels that have been censored. I rarely pay attention to our media. It’s what they aren’t telling us. I choose to do my own research. Hi Toni, it was a gorgeous day here in PA where I live in the US. I’ve been so blessed with my garden this year! I got so many green beans, tomatoes, lettuces, greens, peppers, etc .. & it’s the first year I’ve seeded carrots & the tops look beautiful, so I’ll see how those turn out. I planted a row of broccoli 🥦 & it turned out so good. I came home one evening & someone left my garden gate open & the bunnies ate the tops of every one on my broccoli! I’ts starting to grow back somewhat .. so we’re hoping we get some! As far as everything going on, I believe we’ve been so lied to by government in our country & many others. I agree, they get everything they deserve. I’ve noticed they’re being exposed more & more. Also, I don’t know if you know of the Jeffery Epstein files? But a Judge is going to release over 2000 pages of documents any day so a lot of the corruption will be exposed from that too - child trafficking! Yes, more & more is coming out & I believe vengeance belongs to Him (it’s Biblical) & they’re about to get what they deserve. I see things turning rather rapidly… even in France. You can only fool people for so long & the truth comes out. God is shining His light on all of this darkness. We’re in for some exciting times! What a time to be alive! Just a hello to you. Boy it sure was hot and humid today (Florida), but we got blueberries. The farm did 1/2 for them and 1/2 for us of everything we picked. Lots of berries for just a few hrs work and being around good people was an added bonus.
We took the day off from gardening to focus on a citizen work group we're part of to find solutions for homeless and feral cats. A town council member wanted to ban feeding them and impose a $250 fine for violations. If he's being honest (big if) the mayor is trying to find a solution, hence our citizen work group. Home now and I should check the bean plots. We have a few ripe tomatoes. I'm not happy with the variety I planted, should have stuck with the determinate ones I grew last year. Duh. You are so spot on with *everything* you said! Thank you!
Ok, looks like the last on posted...I believe I mentioned that I used to look after a feral cat that frequented where I lived, He was too skittish to bring inside and tame, although I tried!
