Now try and get the lazy cops to do something. A person I know had video of the offender and found him. The court issued a warrant, but the cops would not arrest him because they don't do "home arrests" anymore. Check their policy, they only arrest in public or when a person is pulled over.
@SergioLopez-zc5bv well i think you could blame that on the fact that most people have guns nowadays. and they're dumb enough to use them. 2nd ammendment at work :)
@jaaandro More like mandatory-quota-female-hire system and civilians becoming cops that have no business wearing a badge. If you can't handle doing the job of arresting people, then you don't belong in the police force. That is a more appropriate answer and not blaming gun owner's rights.
@@curtainsavatar insurance will try to figure some way to not pay. But overall the general idea is to support this guy in some way for taking a stand against these thieves.
@justinbruck9602 Some of these thieves don't care. Here in San Antonio TX, a few car owners have been shot after confronting thieves in the process of stealing their cars.
Right that little bitty child squeal for help made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Don't punk out know little guy. keep that same energy you had before he pop up on you 😂😂
OMG, how insensitive! That guy screaming help was probably just try'n to provide for his baby's momma's! Just imagine if this had been Texas where that overly aggressive vehicle owner would have been allowed to use a pew pew!
@@danbarron8072not a good excuse for theft. There are so many options to help yourself or your kid. Like selling the getaway car. They were stealing to profit, not to help someone who’s hungry. Pure evil
Um, actually, the correct terms are tresspassing in a conveyance, vehicular assault, and whatever the cost of the damages to owners' property are. So, probably get a suspended license 2-5 years probation
@@user-ht6cd1sb2dYeah, no. Vehicular assault is a much lighter charge that’s used for accidents or small bumps. This was straight up attempted vehicular homicide.
The driver actually displayed surprising loyalty to his robbery buddy! Could have just driven away but decided to add attempted murder/ assault with a deadly weapon to the charge sheet! Nice! 👌
They're juveniles in Tacoma Washington. They'll be just fine, out in a few weeks, a few months at most. Well, that last bit is a guess on my part but it's a liberal city in Washington state...
@James_Randal he meant the getaway driver hitting the car owner will now face assault with a deadly weapon charge, a hit and run charge, attempted vehicular homicide charge....etc... etc... kid went from only attempted grand theft auto to a litany of extra charges...🤣🤣🤣
He probably has guns but that would be rather excessive for this...but that is just me. I guess some people just want that excuse to legally kill people lol
I had some dude shoot a gun at me for something similar. I didn't call the cops tho, I called family. Pretty sure that guy is buried somewhere in the Nevada desert now
Do you know if they’re rested they’re just gonna be released it’s Seattle that is attempted murder by the way, but if you’re a tax citizen, you don’t get rights if you’re a bum that steals from other people apparently you’re the best type of person they want to promote thank you DA in Seattle
kid sounds like the same kid who tried to rob a store a while back and when the employee started stabbing him with a knife, he screamed out "I'm dead, I'm dead, I'm dead. sounded exactly like this kid.
Asking as a german guy where you get punished and convicted by law when you shoot an intruder after they have tied you to a chair, choked you and tried to get your money: Can you expect normal and healthy behaviour from judges etc after shooting the attackers in a situation like this one here?
The fact he did this in the rain, with no shoes on, tackled the guy, restrained him, got run over but jumped it, survived and then had the calmness to film the incident and get all the information he needed was so smooth, absolute G. 👏
I dont think that would count as attempted murder at all lmfao, I mean sure his lawyers could argue for it, but the thieves could argue it was "self defense" as stupid as that sounds the laws are fu**ed today
It’s 2 charges now: Grand theft auto “and” Attempted Murder with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, and destruction of property. Judge should throw in pain and suffering for the homeowner having to pay the deductible of getting the vehicle repaired.
Pop funko made a figurine out of this guy just for you! He didnt get the plate but has 2 broken ribs and a job to go the next day. What a warrior hero! Just like luke skywalker!!!
Jumping on the car saved his life. But then he even kicked the door of his car and then he pulled out his phone... amazing reactions and good working brain.
@@bill_barditake your hate of woman somewhere else, why would you even bring that up? Those guys were punks, get help, get checked, you're obviously biased against woman.
1. The fact that he dragged him that far on wet road and didn’t fall while the other guy did is insane 2. He gets hit by a goddamn car (AGAIN ON THE WET CONCRETE) and manages to slide off and LAND ON HIS FEET 3. Manages to get pictures before they drive off What a goddamn stud.
To the owner, you can always lock your truck; that could be an option. Secondly, the robber yelling for the police is genius. Lastly, the driver went from lookout to attempted murder is wild.
