Hi Blackbox, great content, just subscribed. I am RW airline dispatcher…and simmer since the beginning of Microsoft FS. Appreciate the tips on getting this set up. This and the Winwing FCU make the Fenix a joy to fly. Next…head tracking.

Das ist eine super Sache. Ich benutze das Äquivalent vasfmc im Xplane schon seit Langem und es ist wirklich toll. Jetzt freue ich mich, dass es im Fenix verfügbar ist. Vielen Dank für Deine Videos und Deinen Content für die Community. Dir noch ein schönes Wochenende! LG

Just be aware that to use an iPad as your MCDU it has to have IOS 16.2 or later installed, my old iPad mini with IOS 12.5.7 works as the EFB but not as the MCDU. According to Fenix any Android device will work for both.

Yep….had to buy a newer ipad to use for mcdu. Used my older one for the efb, but wont run the mcdu

On my ipad does not work: I'm able to open and use the EFB but when I click on MCDU nothing happens. Strange since on my iphone it works perfectly, but not very usable.

Could have to do with the IOS in the iPad. A minimum iOS version of iOS 16.2 is required to use the Web MCDU.

Hi, I’m been able to get this to work, we’ll kind off, all the other boxes work apart from the FMC , but I’m wondering if it’s because my iPad is a old model?

Hi. Could be since you need to be above a certain IOS version for this to work correctly.

hey, man, thanks for the video! I wanted to ask for your advice - did you set up MCDU and Failures icons to appear somehow additionally? When I load up EFB - it's the same menu, as on the tablet in the plane and no MCDU icon...

Hi. I was using a tool called FSiPanel. That is a separate fantastic program which offers a lot of options to manage/practice failures.
