Ferrari F1 F2007 + F2008 - BRUTAL V8 Engine Sounds 

In terms of sound, anyway. Except for V12, that's some good stuff.

Papa mia its definetly the fastest. But not as durable and consistant like the f2002. F2002 imo had a better balance. Hence why it got podium in every race.

Mew Two I have nothing against electric. In fact I think they are a vast improvement to a cars durability as one example as they are much more simple. Complex equals less durable. But I still hate to think of that day. An electric motor will NEVER sound as good as the F1 V10

Aaron Montague Don’t be so sure of that. Already electric cars are smashing the records made by ICE cars. Like the VW IDR for example. It won’t all that be long till they’re faster than F1 cars

@@mewtwo.150 I don't know how that's possible when most 9-5's and low to mid income folks here in the US can't afford a new car, especially when rapid inflation will hit once again. ICE cars aren't going anywhere for a long time, not in my lifetime at least. I'll never stop driving my ICE car.

@Honey badger Its not that I don't like the V10. Quite the opposite actually, its an amazing piece of engineering and sounds amazing. But I enjoy progress more than sound. And the new power units can not only do more than the V10, they can do it with less and they can do it for longer.

sjmzeldaavgnfan They don't do it for less, I remember hearing that the teams could afford to run a new v8 every race for less than the price of the 3 power units they currently use.

The current product is far from its former frequent exciting of the V8s and V10s. If you found the sound unbearable sorry maybe you're not cut out as a fan You're more than welcome to obviously like what you like but you're not correct in many ways only one has been breaking lap records once again that is not progress.

From an engineering stand point F1 is at its peak and will continue to ascend after we see the new cars in 2021. The cars now are way faster than the V8, V10 and V12. They’re not losing fans because of engine choice, their losing fans because the last 4 years have consisted of Mercedes AMG F1, Scuderia Ferrari and Red Bull Racing dominating and now this year Mercedes have won every race this year. There isn’t any competition. The midfield battles are more interesting.

@@constantinosmallios I mean, Ferrari dominated for awhile in the closing years of the v10s and Vettel was basically a one man army for awhile at Red Bull. Still, though. I think Mercedes' dominance is unmatched in F1 history.
