1tsp - vanilla extract
100ml - buttermilk
50 ml - brewed coffee
Chocolate Croustillant
55 g Feuilletine
65 g Praliné paste
50g milk chocolate, melted
Nutella Hazelnut Filling
80 g hazelnuts, chopped
Nutella 100 g
Nutella Mousse
8 g gelatin powder
50 ml cold water
100 ml milk
200 g Nutella
200 ml whipping cream (35% fat), chilled
Chocolate Glaze
180g milk chocolate, melted
100g dark chocolate, melted
60 g hazelnuts, chopped
For decorating
Ferrero Rocher truffles
gold leaf
