Knockout realistically should've soloed the entire team. She is a New God who could fight Big Barda to a draw, who in turn tossles with Wonder Woman, Supes, Shazam and the likes easily,

IN the comics Vandal disapproved of Scandals relationship with Knockout because he wanted heirs, thats probably his decondary reason for considering her "expendable"

For those who don't know, the "X-23 ripoff" is Scandal Savage, Vandal Savage's daughter (one of many descendants he's sired over the countless years). Also, Vandal just ordered Scandal's girlfriend Knockout shot down for little to no reason. That's definitely going to bite him in the ass later.

Savage is a jerk to sacrifice his best fighters without real good reasons. I can not believe there are people who want to work with him.

Just a brief backstop on each of them: Count Vertigo- the final heir of Vlatava which his family had to escape during russias take over of his country, his ability is literally to induce vertigo. Punch and Jewelee- a couple who were thieves, after robbing a store they got their hands on alien equipment and learned how to use it for crime. Deadshot- he and his brother were going to kill their abusive father but Floyd accidently killed his brother instead with a gun. He then later trains with the same guy who mentored batman and started as a vigilante and then later a mercenary. Captain Boomerang- a young boy who grew up in poverty and made boomerangs in his free time, he later made them for a toy factory his father owned and later turned to a life of crime Killer Frost: a S.T.A.R's scientists who was about to be killed by a H.I.V.E member until an accident with one of her inventions made her a vampire but for heat in order to survive Copperhead- an assassin who was genetically mutated into becoming a snake like creature, he has a daughter who takes his place after he dies Bronze Tiger- an assassin who at the age of 10 killed a man who attacked his parents. He travels the world and becomes a member of the league of assassins, he's more anti-hero Harley Quinn- I really don't need to explain her back story Professor Pyg- a man who suffered a schizophrenic break down, he's a skilled surgeon who kidnaps people in order to make them "perfect" Silver banshee- a woman who was part of a clan where she had her powers passed down by a pagan God known as the Crone Blockbuster- a man who was suffering from a terminal illness like his brother and was injected with experimental steroids that turned him into a mindless beast Vandal Savage- a caveman who came into contact with a meteorite that gave him immortality and enhanced intelligence and who’s goal is to rule the world. Scandal Savage- daughter to vandal savage and a Brazilian woman, she was trained under him and became part of a hit squad with knockout Knockout- a former fury who escapes to earth and becomes a stripper, she later joins a hit squad with Scandel and 4 other super villains, they both settle down and plan to have a kid together. Zoom- a man from the future that replicated the same experiment as the flash and went back in time to torment the flash. Whale- an albino king pin who’s part of a underground organization known as the 100

After looking at this movie I did a lot of research on some of these characters. Especially Knockout (who fought Big Barda to a draw), Scandal Savage (why she so close to X-23 in this movie though compared to the comic book version?) And Bronze Tiger. This guy is a heavy weight with fighting. Gone one on one with Batman and won a few times and is literally the male counter part to Lady Shiva. As to why DC is not capitalizing on these so called "level B" characters instead of constantly rebooting their legacy characters? I really don't know. Just the back story they did on Bronze Tiger in this film can be another movie on it's own.

So when aiming at full grown adults they cant land a single shot (aside from Knockout), yet they manage to hit a tiny little card every time someone comes close to picking it up? I cant tell if theyre just lucky or secretly more accurate than Deadshot.

The old "Villain shows he's a villain by mindlessly killing their subordinates even when it does them no good and in fact hurts their cause trope" is really getting old. That is the coolest Copperhead design to date. Menacing and cool looking. A bit of snake and a bit of human. Same for Bronze Tiger.

Inconsistencies bother me so much. Knockout is a New God formally was a Fury trained by Granny Goodness meaning she’s an advanced fighter, she has speed and reflexes far beyond a human and she has strength that rivals Superboy’s she should’ve slaughtered Bronze Tiger. Tiger is one of my favorites ever but he should’ve been easy pickings for Knockout.

Knockout, a New God with superhuman strength/speed/durability/regeneration who has gone toe-to-toe with Big Barda/Superboy and survived a shot from a Thanagarian sniper rifle that detonated a bomb insider her body , is put down by human bullets? I mean... sure... why not.

I personally like Harley the most as a DC character and at the same time, in the real world, she would be the most useless crew member one can have as a super villain: She's not good at strategy, has no economic ressources or influence over people whatsoever, has no special abilities except gymnastics and hand to hand, has no super human strength, practically never uses any of her psychiatric experience, and her only weapon is a bat. You might as well call her a "Batgirl".

I think all the animate suicide squad animate films works while the live action failed is because in the animate films the squad fights and do task that are at their "level." and not trying to save the world from this big bad. Assault on arkham was excellent on having Batman and the Joker used.

Tactically speaking killing your own isn't really a good idea for multiple reasons. First of all it's bad for the morale, secondly you just wasted an asset that was very much likely to win the fight, thirdly you have the numbers, just swarm and encircle the location and lastly what will your recruitment page say ?
