Figuring out why the brake lights aren't working 

Last year I when we brought the Mazda out for the 1st time at Rollin in the Red Rocks in Utah we noticed the brake lights weren't working, so we couldn't take the truck on the cruise thru the park. Well, I finally got some time to have a look!
