This is tricky but I know I will get it down, I have some roles that I played on page and I'm still trying to figure it out

Like everything, it’s a process of discovery. Doesn’t all happen at once. But sounds like you’re doing it!

I would love to have a T-shirt from you guys, this channel is awesome 😎 👏👏 It’s in the middle of the night where I live so rn it’s not the best idea for me to go check your Merch out, but tomorrow morning will be great 👍 do you have T-shirts with long sleeves? Joggers? Thanks for all your amazing videos and the great vibes ❤️

That's awesome! Thanks for your interest in a T-shirt. Yes, you can get long sleeve shirts from the merch store. When you click on the image you want on the merch page, it will take you to Teespring and there you can choose sizes, colors and other options for shirts.

what about people like Bryan Cranston who was a comedy sitcom dad turned grim, serious meth dealer
@AugmentedActor
@AugmentedActor 2 года назад
That’s a perfect example of someone breaking out of their type. As you age and grow in your career your type will change. And no one is locked into one specific type of character. Jim Carey played the goofball type for years before breaking into more serious roles. But could still play the goofball. Cranston is still able to play dad roles regardless of whether they are crime bosses or comedy husbands. But he wouldn’t play an angsty teen. So his type could be as broad as powerful men who appear nice on the surface but can have a dark side. Age range 50-60. Brooding but handsome. Plus you have to understand that type casting is something that happens more when you aren’t established. It’s a first impression that is added to by your skills. Once you have a few roles under your belt you will start to have opportunities to play against peoples first perceptions and build out your type or change it completely. Playing in your type early on, helps you land roles easier by being the right type they are looking for. Then you become the actor they are looking for. And every actor can play multiple character types. So don’t get too locked into one way of thinking about type. I hope this makes sense.

I think my type is not lead bc i have storming features I’m not pretty like Megan Fox I’m more ethnic but whatever the brunette haired striking type of feminine character
@AugmentedActor
@AugmentedActor Год назад
Well almost any type of person can be a lead depending on the story being told. But it’s good to identify the type of character you are and look for the most appropriate roles in a story.

Awkwardly ppl always tell me i remind them of Kristen Stewart but she’s not that good at acting so i hope that’s not true lmao
@AugmentedActor
@AugmentedActor Год назад
Maybe it’s something in your loot or personality that they relate to. But I can think of worse actors to be compared to. :-)

@@AugmentedActor yes thank you for responding! Also i take that back she is good and better than me and i don’t want to be negative about another artist :)!! And people say it’s definitely my look and behaviors in real life. When i act in class I’m a little bit different
@AugmentedActor
@AugmentedActor Год назад
You’re welcome. That’s a good attitude to adopt. Usually when people compare you to someone famous they do so because THEY like the artist and think you have potential to get to their level of recognition so always take it as a compliment. I’m sure you have your own unique qualities that are different and even better than Kristen Stewart. :-). I’m glad you’re working on your craft.
