Filmmaking is a muscle. Filmmaking, and any other creative skill, just needs you to show up every day in order to progress. Not let perfectionism or lofty goals stand in the way, just show up and do something. In this video I share and dive into some lessons learned that have helped me with me mindset as a creative in recent times. I hope it can help some of you watching. :)

Agreed! Pretty much everything is tied to discipline and putting in effort on a regular. 0.00001% will make it with pure talent, but for every other person: consistency is 🔑

Thank you for the encouragement. I have great content ideas for my channel but I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to filming. I try to improve each video in some small way so that I don't get overwhelmed. Eventually the insecurity will subside and I'll be super proud of each each video I upload! Thank you for this. I also had this belief that filmmakers were born with the talent and the eye that they have, but the more I do it the more I see that’s it’s a skill that anyone can become proficient at with the right mindset and consistency
