If we go by Matpat's numbers, he wouldn't be quite building size. His marshmallow man would have a volume of about 46.5 cubic meters, that means if this marshmallow man had his canonical height of 112.5 feet (34.3 meters), he would only be 1.3 meters wide (about 4 feet). More like a marshmallow worm or noodle than a marshmallow man. I think Matpat's calculations failed the moment he tried using BMI, it seems like it stops giving accurate results somewhere in between 7 and 112.5 feet of height.

Not to mention that with a weight of only 9500 kg, this marshmallow man would only have a volume of about 45 cubic meters. Meaning that at his 34.3 meters of height (112.5 feet), he would be only about 1.3 meters (4 feet) wide. More of a marshmallow noodle than a marshmallow man. His math was really off (probably because of the way he used BMI).

Here's a theory every time shaggy and Scooby ran away from monsters, they ran side by side. I think we can ignore the idea that Stay Puft wouldn’t be able to hit very hard or destroy much for the same reason he doesn’t have any muscles or bones or anything else, it’s a manifestation if an ancient Sumerian god so I’m pretty sure it could still cause some damage. Just look at the Ghostbusters Video Game or comics but imagine if he was kept his original size in the movie of 300 feet tall instead of just 112.5 feet
