An interview with my good friend Matti Sulanto

He’s from Finland and He is a Photographer
he got interested in photography on the 70’s and wanted to become a comercial photographer
His first paid assignment was in 1983 and have been a professional photographer ever since
He done many different assignments for advertising, corporate portraits and editorial works and his real love is documentary and photo journalism
He doesn’t take assignments anymore, but concentrate on his personal projects and his successful youtube channel

Very true about the "evidence of failure". When i started shooting film again, I actually threw away some strips of negative that didn't have any decent shots I wanted to keep on. I don't do that anymore, unless I've messed up and have totally blank strips. I ever keep most of the developed leader, so that I can tell if I messed up the development.
