I own a Trackhawk and I have a 03’ Marauder being delivered today I can tell you that I’m more excited about this car than I was when I got my Trackhawk brand new in 2019! Definitely has been a dream car of mine since 2006! Congratulations bro

The one thing right off the bat to help you differentiate a Marauder from a Crown Vic is Is A work on getting that color matched rear factory Marauder spoiler put on it. But I don’t wanna be standing over here telling you how to do your car man that thing is fucking awesome and I’m sure what the couple of small problems that it has, you got it for a smoke’n deal! Since I was a little dude I’ve been infatuated with these things! I’ve had mine for 9 years and since ended up with a few more. I maintain 6 of these in the Portland, Oregon area and the only other thing you should look into doing getting a new set of timing chains and tensioners they really need to be done along with valve stem seals. Because as they leak oil into the combustion chambers the ends up increasing the chance of pinging and that can tear up the connecting rod bearings over a long period of time depending on how it’s driven…

Congratulations. I got mine in Feb. Soon folk will not be able to pay used car finance rates once they are 20 years old. Few months left in 23. I would say don't do anything to it but get it running and performance/handling. ADTR has everything.

Congrats, good to see this! I have the original promopack/DVD for this car which I had to order JUST prior to it's release back in the day! AND.....I certainly can identify on the 'dream car'. 25 years ago I bought a 1997 SHO. Only 19k made in the 4 year run. You really don't see them on the road anymore . Basically, only a handful of us that have them in original showroom shape = unrestored visually un-altered. This STILL has the OEM Z rated tires. It looks great! Like it just left the showroom. I agonized over getting a base GS or Marauder back 21 years ago. I went the cheap route, the GS. Same color and garage kept its paint at least looks the same, near perfect all these years later. Often thought of getting a Marauder still but the thing I would really love to have are those rims on your car. They would make my GS look close enough to the real thing for me. congrats 🎉 i got my marauder and i LOVE IT. it was sleeping for 9 years with 82k on it . all dealer service and all miles accounted for . was a dope boys car and he flew the coop and it sat . i did all fluids and she runnnnn gooooooddd🤤🤤🤤 . i got the crazy deal on it too . scrap price 😂😂😂 . i guess thats what hapens when you let the family in shambles to clean up the mess , they just wanted the parking spot back 💯💯💯🤷

I have a 2004 DTR Marauder. I love this car and will never sell it especially after I swapped the engine for a 850 hp 5.8 from a 2014 GT-500 Super Snake.
Looks good family i heard you say don't insult it being a Crown Vic..lol well it is the same platform just diffrent motors & interiors same Lincoln Ford, Mercury division thats all those motors have a few problems cam issues timing chain issues so be aware how many miles??

I was basically just talking my shit lol .. it's got 163K so I'm kinda expecting to have at least 1 if not all of those issues you named... The car wasn't maintained very well, mechanically speaking.
