Wind, a little rain, and a little sunshine... and more sunshine days later, as usual! There really wasn't much to see out in the rock pools, but I still stumbled across a few lucky finds and some nice treasures on the sand! I really love that Elegant Dog Whelk... I wonder how it got here? Everything I see on the internet tells me that it's from the Philippines, Indonesia, or rarely in Far North Queensland. So odd that it's here at the Sunshine Coast, I wonder if someone dumped it, or if the species is moving south?? Anyhoo, thanks for watching!
