Dear Sir / Mdm i have to take a language exam when i arrive to germany and based on the result i will wether start studying or start a language course . i want to upgrade to Fintiba plus , do i have to choose " language course " ?

Hi Khalid, yes, if you want to upgrade to Fintiba Plus and do not directly enrol at univeristy, you need to state that you are planning a preparational course first so we can add the private health insurance from MAWISTA to your package. This insurance then covers you until your official enrolment at the university. Afterwards, your governmental health insurance will be activated. Best regards your Fintiba Team

hello please I was admitted for the winter 2020/2021 session, but my winter semester is to be held completely online (both Enrollment and Lectures). if i get the Fintiba Plus; 1 - Do i still have to pay the DAK monthly fees even though I will still be in my home country? 2 - If I were to arrive in Germany Before the 2020/2021 Winter Semester ends, Do I have to then pay for the months I was Absent for (i.e. the months in the semester that I was in my home country)? Or will the fees begin from the month I arrive in Germany?

hi dears,for how long is the coverage of the health insurance? and how much is the fee? please help it's urgent, i opened the blocked account and I want to upgrade it to the plus package I'm gonna to transfer the amount today.

Hi :) the Fintiba Plus package covers you both for your visa and for enrolment. The MAWISTA Visum insurance is issued for 180 days and is free of charge. As soon as you are in Germany and enrolled at your university, you will be switched to the governmental health insurance. You can find further information here: www.fintiba.com/plus-blocked-account-health-insurance/ Fintiba does not charge any additional fees for the insurance. The monthly fees are paid directly to the insurance company. On the above mentioned page you will find the prices of the insurances which are starting at 33,10€. We hope this can help! @@fintiba Oh it really does! Thank you for the reply! So, I can see that the followings are included in the package: 1,Blocked Account 2,FREE Travel Health Insurance (MAWISTA Visum) 3,Private Health Insurance (MAWISTA Student) 4,Governmental Health Insurance (DAK) And each has a fee, So am I going to pay for all? and all are necessary for my visa application? Hi, the standard package will only include the MAWISTA Visum insurance (which is for your visa application) and the governmental insurance from DAK (for your enrolment at university). In case you should do a preparatory course before your studies, meaning you have a longer period between your arrival in Germany and the start of your university, we will also include the private health insurance to cover the gap between the two insurances. Also the private health insurance will replace the governmental insurance in case you are older than 30. However, you will never pay anything at the same time. We will cancel and activate all insurance automatically for you - just based on a few inforamtion that you give us. :) Best, your Fintiba Team

@@fintiba last question, I was planning to take the language courses alongside my study program, but now i understand that i will not have such time before starting my university class. So, could you please update my information (cancel the preparatory course) and make it only For students?

Dear Sir /Madam I am applying for study visa in German embassy.I want to obtain Fintiba plus package as it is convenient option. My question is that will I get health and travel health insurance confirmation before (after account opening) or after transfer of money to blocked account ? I am asking this as I have to show embassy health and travel insurance and it might take some time for money to reach Germany.
