I love that she made the packaging easier to use for those with disabilities and I love that she offers shades for ALL skin tones.

She's literally a "Rare Beauty", she's so beautiful and also, as a girl with dark skin, I am always bullied. But after seeing this Video, she and her confidence inspired me to be confident of my skin color.

She just don't need to apply highlighter on her face she already glows😍😍😍😍😍😍

She’s like a walking highlighter, her skin is SO SO PRETTY

I like how she called it a sister brand to fenty, both are well thought out makeup brands with good products. But they’re not the same, both go for the natural/skin looking foundation & concealer but with other products Rare goes for a natural/subtle look and fenty has products that can stand out and give full glam. No competition, both are unique & worth buying.

I'm actually intrigued by her brand. It shows she put in effort into her product designing and formula.

Can we talk about how pretty is her skin? I love how her skin shines more than my future.

So hyped to see black women trying out Selena's products.

I haven’t heard a bad review yet, and Nyma’s reviews are like THE *final* review to me. That’s it Selena, I’m ready to break the bank and buy everything in your line and feel good about it at the same time knowing it’s actually rare and going to a good cause.

First instinct was "jeez we dont need ANOTHER celebrity making beauty products" but hearing about the packaging and how it can be helpful for people with medical issues made me (a disabled person) get on board. I just never even thought about how a makeup product could be made more user friendly and thats a bit sad. Im honestly just very used to our society being very ableist. edit: oh wow thank you all for liking my comment, I felt really sort of ashamed opening up on the internet about being disabled because people have been cruel to me in the past about it but this support, silly as it may sound, really warmed my heart

I love how Honest she is she doesn’t have to put on theatrics to get the point across she just says whether she likes it or not and why. I absolutely love the look keep killing it!

The"ball" or circle thing on the cap is for us who struggle opening caps. I have Lupus too. Tho mine attacks all internally, hers is more focused on the kidney. One of our struggles is arthritis as the immune system attack our joints so much. There would be days I couldn't walk or everything felt like swollen and couldn't move or painful (which is everyday). Lupus is an autoimmune disease. In layman's term, our immune system is sooooooo active that instead of just fighting illnesses or viruses and bacterias, it also attacks healthy cells and our organs. I just had an operation last month as it attacked my GI. I am in pain every damn day, so having this is so thoughtful. This may be weird looking to others but it will help us a lot. Something that will help us and make us feel beautiful is a plus!

Honestly, the only celebrity makeup brand I like was Fenty everything else is a money grab but RARE is giving me a run for my money! You can tell Selena truly believes in her products and only wants to make it easier for those with disabilities 🥺❤️❤️100% going to try the only issue is shade matching since I'm not good at it so I'm waiting to get a shade match in store 😂

That blush looks so beautiful on you. I can’t really use blush, even little bit gives me a clownish look but your face can handle such a bright blush and look incredible

Just an FYI/fun facts about the makeup and packaging: ☆ The packaging has a ball on top for people that struggle with arthritis making it easier to open items since selena struggles with as well due to her Lupus and it makes it easier for them to open . You can see videos of her doing her makeup and her hands shaking. The reason why the brow pencil is thicker than what most people expect a pencil to be, as well as the eyeliner tip, is also to help people with motor difficulties and those who struggle with precision. The aim of the packing and most of the products is to work well with each other and to make it easier to work with those who struggle with things the majority of people don't. ☆ The brand's goal is to donate 100 Million for Mental illness foundations. ☆ It is vegan and Cruelty-free. ☆ The packaging is Eco friendly.

Thank you for reviewing this because I was so curious what her make-up would look like on darker skinned girls. I do remember in a video she said that applying less product goes a long way because it was so pigmented.

Selena revealed that she has drier skin (except the t zone) and she wanted a more natural finish so that's why everything is very dewy.

the only product from rare beauty that i bought was the eyeliner and i can say that i love it. i did notice that it's not desired for long-wear and it comes off fairly easily, however, it is still one of my favourites.

Such a gorgeous girl,she is flawless with and without makeup. I just love how she knows what suits her skin tone so helpful for girls who are just getting into makeup

Conclusion : It stays. She liked the products, specially the foundation's shade. Rerecommend the concealer & long lasting blush. But she noticed like an oily stuff is the setting spray, and, after trying it; she don't recomend it to oily/greasy skins

Everybody I’ve seen use this line has looked stunning when they put it on and looked even better after wearing it for hours.

I want to have a makeup line in the future and your reviews have helped me take note of what I should and shouldn't do considering skin tone. Especially since I've never really struggled finding my shade. I want nothing but to make everyone, no matter what skin color, feel no struggle finding their shade. And most importantly, feel comfortable in their own skin!
