Hi Lucas and Clayton, great video and what a sweet little car you're working on. On the video there was quite a lot of valve train noise, make sure you give it a once-over before running it.

Hey Dwight, CJ here! Nice to see your name pop up 😄 The camera really seemed to pick up an exaggerated echo noise, I hear it in the video too but I can assure you it sounds all good in person. These old M10 engines are also famous for being quite noisy and shaky!

Having my V-8 E30, I kind of like this little baby motor in here. No expectation to be fast, just fun little four-cylinder sounds. I have another build planned on a different chassis that will be pretty insane. The exterior is in gray primer right now, the whole car will be orange

Ya they are super cool cars, not a ton of info on them. I’ve seen a common swap is the s2000 motor. There’s a company that makes adapter mounts and stuff

The shaking? Could be, or just still running a little rough. Although I’ve also seen a guys 2002 that always ran like that 😂. Like a little happy dancing motor lol
