Fibreglass, body filler, resin, sanding, gapping, and crying. The bodywork process takes forever and is not overly exciting to film, so this is our one video showing some of the work that's being done. This video is montage heavy so sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy! As Clayton would say: "Transformation Tuesday... on a Thursday".

When doing body work you got to have good protective equipment and ventilation . From welding, fiberglass , sanding, primer and paint , all these processes generates a lot of dust, smoke and chemical fumes. Be safe and keep up the good work.

Didn't see, but please tell me you remembered not to fill that divet in the roof panel... :p Previous owner of my FD apparently took it to a shop that thought it was a dent, and ended up putting in like 1/4" of body filler up there.... I cried a little inside.

The car isn’t rolling, both subframes are removed. If we sprayed primer in there we would cover literally everything in overspray. The walls, the tools, the camera equipment, and all the cars. It would be an insane amount of masking to try to stop all that overspray. Also since you sand down the primer anyways , we’re okay with the texture roll priming leaves
