Absolutely love your V8 Miata. I also have a V8 Miata but with an LS2 with a Texas Speed cam.. no driver aids etc.. should drive it and see the difference.
Even with the current market I feel like lots of money could be shaved down in certain places. Given I haven’t seen the. I sit on of the car, but I am looking at picking up a turbo LS 1500 with 2 step and lots of other goodies for 7500, I will have to get a new transmission as it’s an automatic but I feel like much of the stuff will be shaved off by selling what I don’t need and I’ll be able to get a good engine (with wiring, aftermarket ECU, full cooling system, full exhaust) for around 5k after I sell off the transmission and body.
But like I was saying, I feel like this could be much cheaper (but possible more of a gamble) if you find a stock/modified used donor car to rip parts out of
Yes absolutely. You’ll have the same booster problems, just on the other side. And you’ll need to find a set of headers that give room for the steering shaft
I'm honestly so glad I finally saw this thing alive I completely forgot about it but the viper being my favorite car to ever exist I remembered. It's gorgeous and your hard work has really paid off

You can, but be aware that the m50 makes greater power than that little 318 trans and diff were designed to handle. If you’re building the car as a nice cruiser you’ll likely have no issues. But if you’re slamming through the gears, redlining, drifting then it’s probably not the best setup for that driving style
Do you get the low beam out indicator on the check panel? I installed LEDs and randomly get it. The lights will also dim after a while because of that.
