True story of AJ going shoeless. Angelina lived in the Middle East with her family for a period of time. She was walking through a village and saw a girl her age that would weigh you on a scale she had for donations. Angelina spoke with her and the girl remarked about how much she like her shoes. AJ realized the girl had no shoes so she took her shoes off and gave them to her. In return the girl said she would always pray for her. From that day she performs shoeless to remind her her and bring awareness to children suffering and the girl that would pray for her. You should also know that Angelina’s Norways Got Talent winning we’re about $75,000. She donated all of it to children’s charities and since has raised millions for children’s charities. Hello again my friend! I can't even start to tell how great it is to hear your reactions to her. You seem to have caught the essence of her right off the bat. Cudos to you! Listen, my friend. I believe I have a GREAT suggestion for you right now. (Several reactors have done this already, and they have all been TOTALLY blown away) : - On Valentine's Day, at age 10, Angelina dropped a rendition of "My Funny Valentine", the 1937 jazz standard that has been covered and included in 1300+ albums through the years, and that performance was absolutely beautiful! But here's the thing : If you want to listen to what Angelina sounds like as of RIGHT NOW, she dropped a new rendition of that song on Valentine's Day 18 days ago. And just let me tell you right now. You are not going to be prepared for that insanely incredible beautiful performance. Listen to it and understand why I constantly keep referring to Angelina as the future G.O.A.T. of the industry. From Iowa, USA; OK, WOW ❗🤗🌹 1. An important thing to remember about AJ is that she refused to sign for a record deal through AGT and they relented and invited her to sing anyway. 2. AJ is currently signed with Republic Records. 3. She began singing at 18 months and due to her grandmothers influence, she was drawn to and fell in love with jazz and blues music. 4. She has been arranging most, if not all of her music performances since she was 8 years old. Hopefully this will remain as she continues her career with Republic. 5. Currently in 2022 she still performs barefoot and I hope by now that you have discovered the incredible reason why she does that. 6. AJ sews her own clothes, (the cloth is designed by her grandmother) and she stands 6 feet tall at 15 yeats old! 7. We all hope to enjoy her performances for many years to come. 8. BTW I'm 80 and have been involved privately in music since age 7.

The girl with a thousand voices ! Angelina can sing a phonebook and make it sound fabulous ! 175 videos and originals to go on this journey of joy and happiness ! Any song you pick will amaze you and you'll want to hear everything she does ! At 16 now her voice is so mature and even more soulful ! Her strong jazz background brings out the best in all she sings ! I would suggest her rendition of "Feeling Good" at 10 years old on stage with a live band that will blow your socks off ! Her latest cover of "My Funny Valentine " that she released on Valentine Day is fabulous and will show you her inherent jazz quality at 16 ! It's truly so soulful ! Any song you look up when she was 10 will blow your mind, if you want to cry a little look for 'Million miles', if you want to check out her amazing degree of maturity and vocal perfection look for 'All I ask' or 'Go easy on my' by Adele, or perhaps the last, her version of the classic 'My funny Valentine', a true masterpiece (IMHO)

The family the camera kept focusing on was Angelina's grandmother, mother, little sister, and father. Her grandmother is guiding her career and had introduced her to jazz, and she is an artist and had designed Angelina's outfit.

You feel the way you do even before she starts singing because her love has touched your heart already and she'll never leave you. Yes, her soulfulness originates deep within her and comes out as pure love and your heart cannot resist. What in the world am I talking about? What is this? Fantasy? 13 year old Angelina created a genius arrangement and certainly made the song her own. Many have called her the female Elvis since she always makes covers her own while conveying tremendous emotion. For me, Angelina has the most soulful, emotional voice. Her tone is my all time favorite. It's like magic how her voice hugs my soul and makes my body tingle. Angelina signed with Republic Records in August 2020 but her family requested she be allowed as normal a childhood as possible so they have yet to fully promote her. Certainly the right thing to do. We know, once promoted, she will skyrocket to superstardom. Until that time, it is up to us angels to spread her love and music. I, along with other angels have been suggesting to reaction channels to provide links to the original song (thanks for doing that) along with links to her RU-vid channels AND since so few people read the description, to verbally encourage viewers to use those links. Great comment Andy and I would add that some reactors also offer the social media links like facebook, instagram, and tik tok. The reactors need to play the role of educator to their viewers who generally do not understand how a description page works and why they should interact with the links. If they educate the viewers, they will increase their own analytics as well as those of the artist.

Every note in that performance pulled its weight; nothing was superfluous. I notice something different each time I listen to this. This time it was the pure clarity of her voice. Every tiny variation in pitch stood out like pearls on a string. If there is such a thing as a perfect audition, this was it.

She captivates everybody’s attention and as soon as she starts the whole audience goes dead silent. She pours her soul into the song and floods you with emotion which is often more than people can handle. The sensory overload needs to go out in the form Oo’s and Aa’s and tears. Angelina is not just a singer with a great voice, but an amazing performer. Because of how she performs and how sucks you in, you suddenly hear the story of the song. If you listen to her jazzy cover of MJ’s Billy Jean, you suddenly hear, really hear the story. The story I managed to miss for over 30 years. There are over 150 different video’s of her on RU-vid, so you can enjoy her performances for a long time to come!

I heard her for the first time 4 years ago. Her first recording in the studio was at 6 years old and blew my mind. I've seen all four of her Norway's Got Talent performances which are on herr Channel. She won 46% of the total vote amongst the top 10 candidates! Obviously she won the entire competition against people 20 years older than her. She has performed at lots of outdoor concerts and charity events over the past few years that are all documented on her Channel. Unbelievably, she does not have a bad performance. She has five original songs which are in more recent years, and over 150 covers. Although she makes every song her own, she can channel the original artist in her performances in a way that is unmatched by any other singer. Angelina is a gift and an inspiration.

They have a short time limit on these talent shows. The last judge, Heidi Klum, gave her the Golden Buzzer, but it was cut from that link. So, you've seen her at 9 & this at 13, so I think you need to see her now at 16 because she is even better. Her latest release on Valentine's Day, was My Funny Valentine, a classic jazz standard sung by everybody (over 600 artists). I discovered her last year and I have never binged an artist's music in my life the way I have with Angelina. I am just impressed with everything she sings and I can't get enough! The best part, like a fine wine she only seems to get better with age! She truly is a phenomenal musical artist, the only thing perhaps more beautiful than her voice is her heart as you have learned. One of the things discussed most frequently of Angelina's singing is the emotion she adds to every song. Angelina is wise beyond her years and always has been, without question an old soul. She has such a deep understanding and appreciation of music, her craft and the world around her and it just pours out in her music. Because of that I personally believe that when it comes to communicating the story and emotion of a song she is on par with the best to do it already. She delivers it in the passion she sings with and we receive it in the emotions we are left with. In this performance she covered Michael Jackson's Heal The World. Angelina always sings with emotion and passion but you can tell just listening to her sing this sing how much it means to her to do her part in making our world a better place. I'm not sure if you have heard the entire story behind it or not but it is absolutely beautiful, astonishing, and inspiring! The link I shared above is an interview she did at the age of 9 about a book she wrote and had published. At 9 she became the youngest published author in Norway. The book she wrote is about an experience she had in the Middle East at the age of 6 and explains why she always performs barefoot. She discusses the story in this interview above. The interview is in Norwegian but you can follow along easily after turning subtitles on. Her pure singing voice touches us and touches our hearts in a way that is unlike anything else. The ability to sing in the right tone and convey the feelings of the music. We told you she would impress you with every single thing you see from her. We didn't lie. Literally every video you see is not only going to impress you, but it is going to impress you in different ways each time. Her versatility is simply astounding, and her consistency of creating high quality art with her voice is just unmatched IMO. Even better, do a two for one with her version at 10 years old (It's very sweet, and she throws every ounce of talent and emotion her 10 year old self has into it) Then do her most recent version at 16 and prepare to pick your jaw off the floor (again) :)

Around the same time as the one on the couch at home, she did a live performance of it for an HIV charity event...it's insanely good when you think that she had never even heard the accompanying piano because the pianist was 'free expressing' and only visiting the landmarks of the melody occasionally....she just stands there, swinging her feet, with purple flowers in her hair and delivers what is probably one of the very best ever live performances of that song - EVER!

This is perfection and I get chills and tear up each time. That soul/spirit in her voice is combined with healing in her voice. She is touching you in a place that needs release. I'm talking the healing of wounds or heaviness you carry. Go with it. I find myself quite lifted during this dark place of grief I've been in. It is like she carries hope. A sort of hope for wholeness. It is like we get touched by a Light each time we hear her sing. I heard someone refer to her voice as liquid gold pouring out. It seems an apt description. 💜
