Love Michael. That is a mature voice hitting all his register. He does not gIve af. HIis sister is the one laying down the straight underbeat: "I can't forget/Not in love anymore." This man could not fail with a voice like that. Still love him to this day.

I grew up In the 60's and 70's and that's when groups and people had no idea other groups or individuals could do this. I grew up listening all types of music. His singing voice is like iconic unique. The way he mixes such a large deep relaxed sound with that falsetto and his vibrato changes so intentionally. I would believe any damn word that man says when he sings. Plus this song on a good set of car speakers can be a blissful moment driving by yourself on the right day!

My step dad did arrangements and studio work. He kept playing this over and over and as a little kid I thought wow, what a happy tune for such ummm... Confusing lyrics. But that's the point isn't it?
