Wow looks great! Your a hard charger friend can’t help wondering if it wouldn’t have been easier to do floor first at least around the island? You should be proud of all the work you have done. Saved yourself thousands.

What color walls did you do? I am putting in the same flooring throughout my house and trying to come up with a wall color.

What is the paper on the floor underneath? Sorry if that’s a silly question. We are looking to replace our flooring on our main floor. And the reason I was looking at the Coretec was because I thought you didn’t need to put anything down underneath? It’s more expensive than cheaper flooring, but I thought with the underlayment that you have to put under cheaper flooring it would come out to be around the same price. So I was just curious what that was that you had down underneath!

I like the color/flooring, But one thing concern me, that this flooring has Beveled edges. So the grooves can collect dust and grit easily, specially if you are installing in basement ( walkout) . Is the Beveled Edges just for the wood look , what other advantage do you see ?

Can I ask what color and manufacture you used?

Were you laying some of the floor backwards?

Great video. Very informative. If I can criticize for others to learn from, a few of your cross seams are too close to each other for my liking. I would stay a minimum of 8" apart. Thanks for the vid!
