The idea of a mechanism that creates dead people Omegle is just absolutely amazing as a vehicle for horror. It could have been super gimmicky, but they made it tragic and emotional and beautiful in a weird way. Seriously, I loved this movie way more than I expected to when I heard it was made by RU-vidrs (meaning no offense - there just isn't a great track record there).

This movie was so tragic, what a gut punch. Sophie Wilde took this frustrating flawed character into someone you really end up caring for which makes her arc that much sadder. I WOULD hold you hand and talk to you, because I too am lonely! And my favorite thing from Australia is the amount of mothers they’ve given me. (Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, Samara Weaving, etc.)

You are the 7th reactor I have seen watch this movie and you are the only one who guessed that it was the water bloated spirit Mia first encountered that was manipulating her by trying to be her mother. That is why her body kept deteriorating as the movie progressed and why you kept hearing water sounds. I loved that this was an Aussie film and you are also an Aussie. It was nice hearing confirmation about the dialogue. Consider me subscribed! You were great! 🧡

omg this is the 4-5th reaction video to this movie i’ve seen - i’m literally editing my reaction to this as we speak from filming Thursday 😂 I WAS SCARED SH!TLESS during Riley’s scene, has me so pissed no one was grabbing the hand or at least his HEADDD. i’m hoping for prequel/sequel

I have an issue with everyone blaming ONLY Mia for Riley getting injured. Yes I know it was Mia who allowed it to go on too long. But every person in that room, INCLUDING his sister, ALLOWED him to participate. Everyone in that room should have told him firmly NO, and if he continued to ask then the sister should have told him to F OFF. Great reaction.

Mia was in a vulnerable state from the start to finish. The rest of them could have stopped it all since they were the ones timing it and also had no reason to keep it going.

Didn’t his sister leave the room and her bf followed her? After she left he asked Mia again if he could do it, which kinda explains why most ppl blame her. But, I definitely agree that she isn’t the only one to blame whatsoever. Besides, she herself had done it already and so did everyone else, so they didn’t have much reason to think that anything too horrendous would happen. To the characters, the only risk seemed to be going over the time limit, I don’t think anyone took consideration of a spirit trying to kill the person they’re possessing. edit: did a quick rewatch of the scene and Jade left bc Haley said she was boring and Mia didn’t stand up for her, which is definitely imo, not a good enough reason to leave her brother in the room with them.

His sister told him no and left the room to go after Daniel. Everyone else let him do it while she was gone. Everyone else BUT her and Daniel are to blame as they were not in the room.

She left her brother in an inappropriate "druggy" environment to chase after her crush. It is her fault, she always treated her brother with disdain until it got him hurt

This is the first movie I saw in theaters all by myself, I was supposed to be seeing Barbie but it was sold out, and everybody I was going to be seeing Barbie with left. so, I decided 'Hey why not go see a movie by myself' This was the only movie starting in 10 minutes and I didn't want to wait for a few hours for another movie. I ended up watching it and had a panic attack after exiting the theater. 😆

Seeing everyone shout you out during this movie is so wholesome 💕 can't wait to see you keep growing. They also sell the hand somewhere not sure if it's limited or not. Love this movie was made by youtubers Pretty sure the hands ok Mias shoulders at the end before she let go was jade and jade threw her into traffic before she could throw Riley she was just hallucinating

Oh god, the ending. Mia was "put out of her misery" instead. The ROAD RASH. The makeup special effects team was amazing for this movie. So visceral. It viscerally hurts to watch this movie at times.
