I really like seeing you do jumping exercises. I used to love them but got terrified of shaking my little one since I saw my bfp. This gives me encouragement

I just found out I’m pregnant with baby #2! I am 5 weeks! First baby is 10 months and haven’t lost the weight from having her yet. So I’m done Day 1! And looking forward to this first trimester workout and then to keep using you up to birth and after! 💗 Love the style of videos and how you have the times and % and show what up next. Thank you!

Hi First of all thank you so much for all these videos. I am 13weeks pregnant now and You have been my constant companion 😊. I just had a query, I have been told in my scan that i have a low lying placenta, which will eventually float up later in pregnancy but I have been told to be cautious. Cant resist workouts though, but should I be concerned with lunges or squats ?
