🔹 Dorado/Sea Bass/... 800g
🔹 Parsley bunch
🔹 Salt 4g
🔹 Oil (sunflower/olive/...) 10g
🧑‍🍳 QUICK COOKING DESCRIPTION 🧑‍🍳
1.1. Clean the fish from scales and guts
1.2. Salt the abdominal cavity and the outside of the fish
1.3. Fill the abdominal cavity of the fish with crushed parsley
1.4. Brush the surface of the fish with oil
2.1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2.2. Place the fish on a baking sheet
2.3. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C
2.4. Remove the fish and separate the meat from the bones
2.5. Place on a plate and add sauce
