Hey Chris! Love this information and your energy so damn much especially as a newbie CPT. I have a quick question, do you have any videos or info on alternate exercises to do with clients who suffer from knee/shoulder/low back pain and how to incorporate strengthening those joints but also not irritating them further. For example a client who comes in and has knee pain from a past ACL surgery years ago and has a goal of glute hypertrophy, would we still focus on compound movements such as squat and unilateral movements such as reverse lunge or focus completely on alternate exercises to avoid further pain? Thanks so much, just bought your book as well! :)
