You might have to deal with high voltage junction box recall. If your vehicle dies due to that faulty part it will take several months to fix. And also Ford doesn't have permanent solution for that recall. It's simply best to buy 2022 model built after June. They updated the hardware module.
Came here to say this. As soon as he said that he lost me. It’s a great car but Tesla is a leader when it comes to tech. Build quality, etc is a different story.
I'm really going back and forth between a Model Y and a Mach E. There are things about each that outshine the other. They are so close for me, that I will probably just end up going with which ever one is cheaper when I'm ready to buy.

Everything he said was opinion based…style..wheels…you can even say tech and build quality. The only thing that he as that wasn’t opinion base was the price, and Tesla is way more affordable.
@@drewb0531 every RU-vid video reviewing a car is opinion based. We all have our opinions, our likes and dislikes etc. this was a great quick snapshot video! I feel like the tech in Tesla is better but overall looks Mach-E would get my money.
@@Annette_Hons range, power, charging speed, price, battery size and many other things that matter the most are not opinions. Good looks (opinion based) means nothing if you cant drive it or not happy with how it drives.
As an owner of a Mach E GT performance i can 100% say with complete confidence that the tech is NOT better than a Tesla 😂 not even close. The tech in the Mustang is sub par at best. But it is a better looking car imo
I have a mach E GTPE and love it. Had a model 3 before, it’s not an equivalent comparison but the Mach E build and style is so much better. But the Tech and efficiency is not even close to Tesla. If I had to chose either again, I’d go with the Mach E hands down, Tesla build quality and the overly minimalistic interior turns me off.
The Mach-e GT costs more, has slower charging, no heat pump, and no rear heated seats. I'm no Tesla fan, but a fan the Mach-e, yet even I couldn't recommend it over the Model Y performance.
Don't knock it until you try it. I have the mach e gt. Had the tesla for a month. I don't care about anything the tesla has that's better than the Mustang. Faster charging, heat pump, heated rear seats . Mach e is just better PERIOD. Feels so much more like money will spent. Model y is a taxi cab quality vehicle even in its upper trim.
Stick with Tesla. Mach-E is ford trash unfortunately. Was not built from the ground up to be an electric vehicle. Tesla reigns supreme in terms of reliability and quality. Never go with the Big American 3 for electric.
Same with the Tesla you can charge it at home but what road trips with a Tesla it's like heaven I mean I'm pretty sure you can do a road trip with the Ford as well
I’m not sure all of them come with dc fast charge. But it is an option at least. I’m sure this particular one showed has the fast charge considering the price.

This is true if you travel or live in an apartment. I’ve owned a Tesla for 3 years now and have only used a supercharger on a single 3 hour trip. I charge at home 99% of the time.
All that matters is the range everything said was nonsense .the distance it covers per mile is key factor. We all know it’s overpriced and all material still plastic. Cheap. Nothing like Lexus who covers the whole interior with leather.
Leather is unnecessary and it wears poorly. Leather is a boomer thing and boomers prefer the vroom vroom of ice vehicles cause it reminds them of the 60s and 70s.
