Is not a bucket list.....is a dream list....the question is, at what point did it turn from a dream/hope list to a bucket list? Ii is always a dream. I am from Panama, and in our culture there is not such thing, is only a "sueño" (dream) no matter the age. May you have fullfilling "Sueños" my dear lady!!

Forgiveness can be a big one to achieve. It takes two to tango as the old saying goes and often there is fault on both sides. Even if only a very small fault if left unattended it can fester. It is so wise to sort things out in family first as it effects your whole life on a daily basis. Each day that goes by without forgiveness, is a day lost you almost feel doomed. Now as the old saying goes "where there is a will there is a way!"

My dear Sandra you have made such a difference in my life and have had such a POSITIVE impact in how I view myself ,the world and aging you will never ever know!!! I just talked to my Mom last Saturday, she is 85 and Is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. Before we hung up she said”oh one more thing...I LOVE YOU” I tell you Sandra those words were a gift because when the day comes and she’s no longer here on earth, those simple 3 words will replay in my mind and heart forever!!! And one more thing I LOVE YOU precious Sandra!🌺

The first one was really hilarious to me because a long time ago I thought I wanted to google my high school Prom date. I was older and realized that he was a very responsible young man. However, I never did it because I didn't want to be disappointed. I am married to a wonderful man now, but it was funny just the same. There are some things I want to do period and I know I will write them down because that is the first step forward. Aww Sandra, I love all of your "5's". I haven ' t done them all, but I can really relate. I was thinking that as I get older, it gets easier to accept the things about ourselves, good and bad and realize the simplicity of it all. Life lesson: don't overthink everything, have a sense of humor and be kind. So easy to say but sometimes harder to do. I try everyday. Have a wonderful week❤️

Boy, what a great haircut you have, beautiful. Sandra, you have this video thing down perfectly. The beginning of this was wonderful with the low, slow, talk, and great music playing - it all makes the total picture. This entire video was so true - I read that Facebook is one of the reasons there is such a high rate of suicide for adolescence. I keep thinking I'll brush up on my Spanish as well because of being here in California. Thank you for starting my day off so beautifully.

You are so right about Facebook. That's why I don't use it anymore. I get sucked in and by the time I am done, I'm depressed. Love your comment about being over 60. I like your attitude. I like Poshmark and have had a closet for a few years now. I’m leaving for the summer, so I am not adding anything new this month because my closet will be going on vacation. Hi Sandra. I am new to your channel. Wonderful video and great things to think about. We have no do overs in our life! So we must try and make our journey peaceful. My daughter passed away and god answered my prayers to be with her with her last breath. Why I share this is family is so beautiful to embrace. If we are blessed to have one true friend be thankful. My daughter taught me so much about life, forgiveness and love. She still teaches me life lessons. My hardest lesson has been forgiveness however to do this isn’t for another. It is for us to move forward. Have a great day.

Sharon, First and most importantly, am so sorry you lost your daughter so early in her life. No mother should have that happen. We are supposed to go first. You both were blessed to be there at her passing. I am sure your being by her side made it easier for her to cross over. We do learn from loss, don’t we. It makes us appreciate memories and life moving forward. We realize that each day is important and we have to live in gratitude for what is in our past and embrace the future. I absolutely loved this video, I’m 38 and live in the UK, you really touched my soul today and your words really helped me, I’ve recently been going over long forgotten family issues that have been bothering me, maybe due to my age (mid life crisis perhaps) or maybe I just have more time to think but I’ve felt very low and sad and at a loss as to how to move forward and yet your 20min video felt so inspirational and it helped me to realise a number of things, you are truly wonderful, I think if the younger generation listened to the older generation more maybe the world would be a better place. Good morning & Happy Monday, Sandra: You are, by far, the wisest and most beautiful woman on RU-vid. You are so much more interesting than the women who focus only on the newest pricey creams or makeup. Life, at a certain point, as we are, is so much more than the superficial! I'm so grateful for your channel. It's such wonderful guidance and wisdom in beauty AND in living our best life. Unfortunately, the most dysfuntional relationship in my own life is with my daughter. It makes me very sad, but she has, for the most part, removed me from her life. The only time I see her is if I go to one of the grandchildren's baseball games or special occasions. :( And believe me, I've tried hard. Rosey C. One thing in life we have to face is acceptance of things we do not have control over. My heart aches for you. The best thing you can do is to keep loving your grandchildren and keep telling your daughter if you have chances to speak with her, that no matter how she feels about you. you love her. every video... every video!... speaks to me... as if you are inside my head, my heart, my soul! Even my hair is identical... identical! to yours! In every way, I am validated, encouraged, and supported. Every day I am with you at some point of my day, always in the morning and at night, and often throughout the day when I need .... focus or encouragement or a relighting of happiness.... thank you so very much... you have made a true difference in my daily life... I am 75 and recivering from surgery for a fractured hip; I still grieve for my son who I lost to cancer at age 27, my olest son who suffers frim debilitating depression.... you help me to think of the blessings in my life, like my oldest grandaughter, who us wise beyond her years and shows her live and devotion to me in so many ways...every word of yours is valuable to me... I thank you

Just found your channel - first video I've watched. I subscribed immediately. How crazy is that? You are SO RIGHT about FB. I know people and their true lives - and then I read their FB comments, and I'm aghast! I'm reading what they "wish" their lives were like, and the people they "wish" they were, living a"perfect" life. Gag me with a spoon. Ha Ha. AND you're so right. Hey, we're in our sixties. Either you inherited great genes and you look younger than others, or your nationality is one that ages more gracefully than others. I say, be glad with what you've got.Beauty starts fro within.
