@@hhharshsaxena normally, the laptop only sets 60 Hz, we can't change the refresh rate. But, If you got the monitor that higher than 60Hz refresh rate, you can change the refresh rate on Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display > Choose a Refresh Rate. (Windows 11)

for the first one, i don't have a power option nor a 'run' option. for the second one i don't have 'best power efficiency' as an option. i have balanced but that's in the control panel. in the bit where you are i have a section called 'energy recommendations' - is that the same as power? did windows rebrand this? there is no drop down mennu for power mode. I'm in the UK. I've watched one video by an american and now this one and the options are different to mine.

@@Bookish_Haven what features? 😂 they removed drag n drop (for whatever reason). I used that a lot... I have a laptop with windows 11 and a new one I bought recently where I installed Windows 10. Dont think it's worth to upgrade to Windows 11. It's just visual improvements to me, which I don't really care too much about...
