I'm 26 I found out few days ago I have assymitric eyebrow then eyelid then nose and now neck 🙄🙄 so basically I have to work on my entire body posture ...I m depressed

Hi, I feel like I might have uneven neck from playing violin. I am right-handed and I used to hold the violin with the left side of my chin. I also noticed that my left jaw looks way more defined than my right jaw. So which side of my neck is shorter/tighter and requires more stretching?

@KARUNA BISEN I didn't performed it regularly but I definitely can see visible changes, . Pehle Meri neck ko right side bend krti thi toh pain hota tha as him said here .. but ab dono side same hai .. so I can say this works but with patience

I have muscle knots in the left side of my neck, I went to a physiotherapist and basically he said that my shoulder blade on that side was weaker (I don't know if that's also a part of the problem) and that I needed to do exercises for my cervical spine, by the way I very consistently did some of the stretches in this video like turning my head to one side and the other (leaning it to the left and to the right, not turning my head to the left and to the right) and I noticed an imbalance in the exercise where I turn my head to the right I can't even turn in all the way because of how tight it feels. Could that exercise fix the issue? (by the way my face got pretty asymmetrical when the neck imbalance started happening)
