Thank you Graham for bringing this to light. Rehab did absolutely nothing however, since I have 1. lost weight, 2. started strength training my back again, and 3. stop sitting so much...those issues are so much better now. I also spend at least 5 minutes on working my feet every day and pelvic floor exercises. You are an inspiration!

Love your work Graham. Can you please possibly show some good neck mobilisations for cervical disc and arthritis issues? Can cervical disc bulges etc be improved or reversed?

Okay so I’ve got lots of questions but I’ll just ask one: new runner (Dec 2022) primarily run on my true form runner. Pulled my hamstring in Dec and can’t seem to get over this injury! Any suggestions? FYI I’m 40lbs over weight
