I’ve worked construction since I was 17 and owned a foam roller since I was 18, I’m 25 now and whenever I get a little strain or tightness in my back the roller always fixes me right up. Wonderfully simple but effective tool.
The problem i have when doing these things is that the tension in my muccels will be so high that i cant breath probely there is so much tension in my mussels i have a lot of triggerpoints in my back and stomach
if you're muscles are really tight, you should sit in a sauna/steamroom for 10 minutes first to loosen up the muscles then foam roll. you'll need to do it regularly to get rid of the muscles knots/tight muscles
hi need quick advice, i always lay around my spine and stretch my arms, good feeling, bit then i always have that sensation on my back after few hours, feels like it sore if i slouch or stretching backwards. don't know if thats normal or a bad thing, feels my back is re-aligned and it wil sore of im not back to a certain posture. thank for any reply advice
1. you need to move that bench out of the way and give yourself more room. 2. i'd never foam roll on a carpeted floor because of the dust and mites and other allergens on it.
Это временная помощь, и это для кого-то может опасно, особеено с выбитыми влево-вправо позвонками. Работать надо с мышцами, психологическими блоками и иногда со скелетом
you should foam roll regularly. you don't need to do it every day, every 2 days is good. how long you do it for depends on how tight you're muscles are. if they're really tight, you might want to roll back and forth 5 to 10 times each time you do it.
