Fixing A Small Wagon With Wheels From Harbor Freight (Haul Master 30900, 69385, 62409, 62388, 62698) 

We've had this utility wagon for years and it has served us well. But the tires are now completely dry rotted and split apart. Rather than buy new tires and tubes to put on the wheels, we decided to head to Harbor Freight to go with 4 of the Harbor Freight Haul Master 10" pneumatic tire and wheel assy. We decided to go this route to save time and save money. Just one tube for in the old wheels was over $7 at the local hardware store and tires were over $10 each. We picked up these Haul Master wheels from Harbor Freight on sale for $4.99 each with the tubes already installed and the tire already mounted on the wheels. All we had to do was remove the cotter pins that held the wheels on and swap the complete wheel assemblies out.
