Chips on your knife's edge suck... regardless of whether or not you deserve it (but let's be honest, most of the time you do). And while it's a common expression to say that "you can't fix stupid," this is the kind of stupid that you can fix. I had three different kinds of chips on my knives here ranging from tiny to nasty. I go over how to fix these knife chips in three different ways, each with a purpose, straightforward, adaptive, and fast using whetstones, strops, and a Ken Onion Blade Grinder by Worksharp. The victims were a Bark River Mini Kephart, a Dulo Contrarian, and a BPS HK5. The most interesting of the three is the Mini Kephart's to me, mostly because the convex grind seen in that knife can be treated almost fully with by stropping, which is something I wish more people pointed towards. Oh, the watermelon was delicious btw.
