The plaintiff claims her neighbor, the defendant, lit a fire in his backyard on two different occasions. The flames damaged her fence, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says the damage the plaintiff is suing for happened years before, so he believes he doesn't owe anything.

I can understand why the Plaintiff is a little mentally disturbed, but the defendant had the proof that the damage had been there when he bought the property. I hope the Plaintiff can get some professional therapy.

Usually when ppl tell a story about them being victimized. They want you to get in touch with your emotions. Two things could be true, but one thing got nothing to do with the other.

Unbelievable the plaintiff mom went back to the man that tried to kill her and her kids. What did she expect to happen after that. I feel so terrible for this lady. 😢 so much pain she have endured

I'm usually here for a backstory but the Plaintiff's was absolutely unnecessary. Yes, it is terrible she experienced so much death of course. However, she is suing a neighbor she has no history with, so her upbringing is irrelevant.

TBH she was tripping from the jump talking bout she wanted a professional fence company to fix one Damm fence panel/slack. I knew then she was one of them neighbors that u don't wanna live next too! This was a less than 5 dollar solution that she brought on national TV

only somewhat relevancy i can see w her bringin up her truama is the fire incident and only if she wanted to sue for emotional damage. everythin else isnt relevant to the case at all
