Just want to highlight something you do very well in editing: when the commentary from the previous play continues into the subsequent play. This must take a lot of time to edit but makes the video flow so much smoother! Plus you get to hear more of the exciting end-of-play commentary and less of the dull commentary you hear before a big play.
actually its pretty easy to do depending on the software you use. just overlap the 2nd clip onto the end of the first one, and do a fade-in for the audio so the previous clips audio ends as the new one starts however, thats not to take anything away from the editor of these videos, it is a great addition and does make the clips flow well, i just figured i'd add some info
I still remember watching PG’s 360 windmill on RU-vid many years ago when it made an NBA Top 10 Dunks video. I literally kept rewinding the video over and over again to see how he did it. Still to this day the most impressive in-game dunk I’ve ever seen.
Gerald Green is right there with Vince as the best in-game dunkers ever. that alley-oop at 5:52 is still the most unbelievable in-game dunk ive ever seen
The lob from Chris Paul to DeAndre Jordan and the Jam on Brandon Knight was really showtime, and i think Kobe's dunk on Gerald Wallace and Kris Humphries in the same play was even more showtime!
1:51 needs more attention. Spinning and releasing the ball in that short of time, that close to the hoop? Fucking MADNESS! I would have no clue where the bucket was, I'd end up releasing it early and looking stupid.
Terrance Ferguson had 2 dunks against LA that made it feel like he was gonna be the next great dunker in the NBA. They’d have been perfect for this video.
Good list, here are some old school deep cuts to add: Ricky Davis eastbay 2002 (first btl in game I believe) Any VC dunk from 2000, but one that comes to mind is the baseline reverse two hand windmill tomahawk in traffic againt Indiana, filthy... Shawn Kemp reverse pump in traffic to dogdge two defenders agains the Knicks like 92 or something... And honestly Dominique's power windmills in traffic are something to behold
I like competition and winning better than personal showmanship. There is a Harlem Globetrotters team just for people that prefer entertainers over competitors and winners.
That 360 windmill... if you have ever tried this, you know it. Under perfect conditions it's impossible, now during a game in transition, what? This is beyond crazy. It's abnormal, it's an aberration.
I can't even tell which teams are playing anymore with each team cycling through 10 different jerseys every season and wearing some that aren't even their team's colors.
