I bought the large in the wool lined trucker and the sleeves fell well above my wrists. I had to sell it cause it just looked silly on me. I’m glad they have a tall option. I’ll be grabbing one of those soon
I’m 6’2” and have owned both versions. I prefer the body of my jackets to be a touch longer than the standard, but not quite as long as the tall. That said, I have obscenely long arms and legs and relatively average torso length. The tall’s sleeves are perfect for me and regular’s ride too far up if I move at all. That was the deciding factor for me. Can’t really go wrong with either though.
Hi, How would you compare this to thursday's waxed jacket, is it more durable? this one seems to have a look like an unironed shirt after long term usage, does the thursday ones look the same after long time?
They are very very comparable. I would say it's more a decision on the colour offerings and if you prefer Flint and Tinder being made in USA vs Thursday which is not. Quality, durability, look and fit are neck and neck.

Honestly I prefer the FnT. The Freenote is better quality for sure, the fabrics are softer and there is a lot more to the design and construction, but it’s a little too much for me. I’m a simple guy, so the more simplistic design of the FnT is way more up my alley. I haven’t worn the Freenote in so long I’ve actually been thinking about selling it but I wear the FnT all the time!
Do u think u could do me a huge favour and measure the arm lengths of both your jackets? Many people have reported the sleeves being longer than listed on site due to letting the sleeves crease to your fit over time? I just want to see the difference between reality and what's listed on site for both of these so I can make the right decision about size
@@adama6509 I just have too many jackets to have kept both and I liked how the regular looked a bit better. Even the regular sleeves I need to roll up. Do you want the sleeve measurement for the regular? Happy to do that if it helps!
