When it comes to Identity V, I've always found myself in a slump after a while. I usually play Hunter in Quick Match and Survivor for Rank. However, I feel as if I fell deeper in that slump this season until Florian released. I've been having a blast playing Florian and I've been grinding out rank with him. While I do think he's a very strong Survivor, the community begs to differ. Why? Well, let's find out together, shall we?

i personally think he's a little worse than toy merchant. they're similar but her support is better and she can fly on two stories even when her catapults are broken, florian has nothing once both of his airbags are popped. i run him with flywheel because it helps me go against hunters that counter him (reptilian, bq) and knee jerk didn't work much for me but i think that was just skill issue 😭 tbh i don't think we've seen his full potential yet. he's more difficult to use than he looks, and once people get used to him and they buff him a bit (add more distance to the airbag aiming and let him open chests please. im begging you) he'll be pretty strong. trust

First i thought that he was like the most random addition to the game but now im starting to see his potential. Could also see him in tournament in the future, i think that might be very interesting. Also I love how i randomly friended you in the game and now i find out you have a chanel🤯

Florian is good if the hunter doesn't have functioning arms to hit the airbags And I sometimes wish the airbags could be highlighted

I actually Love playing as Florian. I just have two main gripes with him. 1) He’s kinda useless once his two items have been used up. I wish he could recharge it or pick up items from the chests once his airbags are broken or used up. Or maybe it’s just a skill issue on my part I’m still learning him. 2) I wish his airbags were highlighted like Annie’s catapults. I have a difficult time running around the map trying to pick up the airbags I left behind most specifically on darker or larger maps. But I genuinely love Florian and find him soooo much fun to play as. I love him! I like how generally balanced he is compared to more recent characters.

To me, Florian can make unsafe pallets become safe areas for a brief moment, like that one chair near Hospital and Ruins, alongside Umbrella gate area with the Double Pallets, because that forces the hunter to go around or break the Airbag. You can also take advantage of Hitboxes where you can put an airbag in a tight area that leaves enough space so you can dash with the airbag, but the hunter cannot get to you, which makes a lot of distance.

I feel like Florian will fill the gap that was made after professor got nerfed, he was niche but still useful as a kiter and supporter, usually picked in r2/3 as well

Yeah I think he’s fun just the way he is! Just….. don’t use it in the basement….. I’ve trapped my teammates and myself with the hunter multiple times by doing that 😂

Everyone flame all nerf to survivors and want all hunter get neft to the ground ? That not new . The only good hunter recently is Opera ( and everyone said she suck ballz in PTB . You guys cant just said which characters is good or bad by just look at their skill ) yall just bad at kiting and cant use the characters skill creative enough. Fire Ivestigator is not bad he is very good( too good perharp )
