I was thinking the same thing as you, and I was hoping that some kind soul would leave the recipe in your comment section, but no one did it, so here I am: - 3 Medium-Large Ripe Bananas (with spots) - 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Butter (any nut butter will work) - 2 Eggs - 1/4 Cup of Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder) - 1/4 C. Pure Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey) - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 2 Scoops Protein Powder (She used Collagen Peptides) - Pinch of Sea Salt
The argument is we’re already giving you the video click as that’s how you get your money and now I got to click into your website so you get more ad revenue instead if it being right there as an easy cross reference when replaying the video. The convenience is very useful to figure out what step you need to work on
Been looking for a healthy alternative of sweets for myself since I’ve got a sweet tooth. Came across this video and saw nice comments and i was convinced. I gave it a try last night and i must say it didn’t disappoint me. The recipe was: - easy to make -ingredients are mostly in our pantry already (the only thing I had to buy is the almond butter) -and it was delicious! Thanks Kayla!!👏🏻✨ xoxo
I made these today and my husband and I loved them! I put unsweetened shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds on the top of my half, which toasted while they baked! They are so healthy and delicious! This will be on repeat for my weekly meal prep! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this amazing video Kayla😊! YES!!! The brownies from the meal prep are SOOO delicious!! Girl, I've been making them on repeat too, so moist and just delicious!!! I'll add chocolate chips next time! Thanks Kayla💖💜 XOXO
Tried these today with chocolate chips and without the protein powder. I sprinkled a small amount of coconut flour into the mix (< 1/4 cup) they turned out so gewy and good!
Do you know how much 2 scoops of protein are the equivalent of? Don't think the scoops are the same size in Sweden, they don't look the same. These are on my list to make next week :)
Idk know how this is soooooo delicious and addictive and I can’t explain the science of how it got so fluffy, but these are better than regular brownies. I don’t care for the fudgey texture of flour based brownies but I do miss the crisp. Other than that these are a 10/10. I topped mine with 60% dark chocolate and chopped walnuts like you suggested. And it gave me that desired crunch. Thank you so much for this recipe. Now I just need to find restraint after making them. 💛💛💛
TWO questions. Not a lot of people have an immersion blender. Can a blender be substituted? The almond butter is the main protein source which is pretty high in fat. Could I use chocolate protein powder instead?
I found you on Pinterest! Glad I did, I printed out this recipe and I can’t wait to make it! Thanks so much for your channel and resourceful information, you’re doing great!
Slap me sideways... I just made these and they’re DELICIOUS!! Like a chocolate banana brownie cake. Very light and airy texture. I added chopped walnuts instead of chocolate chips and sprinkled extra sea salt on top. I will definitely be adding this to my recipe book😋🤎 and they were so easy to make!
wow .... thank-you for sharing this.....I made 3rd time and added little bit more protein powder and lots of walnuts ; dark chocolate chips and some m@ ms chocolate covered almonds figuring u ruined the recipe and they turned out wicked !!!!!!!! don't need to spend 40 bucksi on 12 quest protein bars.......better hit the gym tomorrow cause I think my brownies a little higher calories but they are awesome......wish almond butter wasn't so pricey......other than that ...I will be making these for the rest of my life .....ps.....I bought a cheap hand held blender for my third batch......they were on sale .....thanks !!!!!!!!
Ohhhh myyyy gooodnessss!!! Can you make a pumpkin one!??? Please . Pretty please!!! I’ll tag you when I make it cuz this recipe is a winner!!! Thank you 😊
I haven’t tried it with seltzer water before but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. You can also sub with flax eggs. Let me know which one you try as I’m curious to know how they turn out ☺️❤️
I made them yesterday and I replaced the maple syrup for artificial sweetener to reduce the calories a little bit. They came out incredible and everybody at home loved it!! I also love the fact that it only has super easy ingredients that I can find at my local supermarket. Thanks for this recipe, I will definitely make them again.
The eggs doesn’t make this recipe dairy free. I’ve been chilling on eggs because for cholesterol purposes, but Ima get some just to try out this recipe. Does your protein powder contain sugar/flavor?
eggs are dairy free in the sense that they dont contain any milk fat, it just means that the recipe is not vegan or vegitarian. Maybe if you want to cut down try using two egg whites?
