What is Flow Movement®?
Flow Movement is both an apparel line and a series of progressive fluidity drills for all levels, often involving flexibility training, floor work, level changes, and tempo play. By learning movements where more than just your feet are attached to the floor, we have an opportunity to receive feedback about our mobility and movement quality. We also learn about how control is a gateway to power -- and fun -- by developing our flow.
Flow Movement Videos:
The videos in this series are inspired by dance, yoga, acrobatics and primal human movement. Each and very exercise is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the challenge of fluidity. This unconventional approach to control and flexibility is appropriate for all levels and movement backgrounds.
What is Flowbility™?
Each Flowbility sequence is an engaging movement journey that challenges your ability to flow to move freely with control in a great variety of ways.
Flowbility sequences simultaneously teach the skills of seamless weight transfer and active, alignment based flexibility training.
Flowbility is not yoga. Though you will see some shapes and names and transitions that originate in yoga, Flowbility is different. The mat is not the end of your play space.
In Flowbility, you will move freely into, out of, and within stretches. When you find resistance you are encouraged to explore it, then flow through it.

Flowbility Floor Core:

What is Floor Flow®?
Floor Flow is a brand of movement instruction that fuses primal movement and dance based floor work techniques into easy-to-learn sequences that emphasize fluidity, control and joint mobility.
By practicing the combinations and drills, you will build functional strength, body awareness and, unlike yoga or strength training, musicality. Floor Flow requires no equipment, however knee pads, socks and sleeves are recommended for some techniques.

About the Creator
Marlo Fisken has been passionately instructing movement across the globe for the last 15 years. Marlo is the creator of the innovative movement and apparel brand, Flow Movement®. She is most known for fusing creative, fluid floor work and mobility training with her background in anthropology and lifetime of dance. Marlo is an internationally awarded pole dance athlete with numerous TV, fitness video and commercial credits including being a principal dancer in the movie "Rock of Ages" and starring in ad campaigns for the Vitamin Shoppe.
