@Braso that’s not true. Pro fights are not just scored on how many punches land it’s only one criteria. Affective aggressiveness and ring generalship have to be taken into account. Oscar pushed Floyd back for 7 of the 12 rounds, was more aggressive to get Floyd uncomfortable and to the ropes and on top of that landed more punches in more rounds. Also FYI compubox cannot be used for scoring a fight as it’s not an official count of landed punches to thrown. HBO used it for entertainment purposes only as it’s only two guys ringside clicking buttons. 👍

That’s 3 of of 4 categories thst judges base their points in. A fight is scored on 4 categories. At the end a round, the judges determine point values for each fighter and at the end of a match a decision is based on these points that are then added up to declare a winner. These points are awarded based on four criteria: Defense, effective aggression, ring generalship,and clean punches landed. Mayweather won this fight hands down.
