FLYING IN A TYPHOON | Air Swift Flight From Manila To El Nido 

WHAT AN ADVENTURE. Living in Canada for most of my life, I haven't experienced many typhoons lol. But here in the Philippines, it's a yearly occurrence for most people and they definitely are very calm about the whole process. Join me as I take a little propeller plane from Manila to El Nido the day after almost all flights were cancelled and during a Level 3 Typhoon Warning. I flew with the only airline that flies directly into El Nido on Palawan Island which is Air Swift. Hope you guys enjoy the video and find it helpful if you're thinking of doing a similar trip! xx

I use both of these companies depending on the destination and requirements of entry. If you are going to be abroad for a long time and/or don't need as much coverage, I would recommend SafetyWing. BUT you cannot purchase SafetyWing WHILE in Canada or USA. You can only purchase once already abroad. Hey Mondo is more expensive but offers a higher level of coverage including plans that have trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Hey Mondo would be the better insurance to use if you need travel medical insurance when applying for a visa. Both companies cover covid.
