My favorite Flyleaf song. I had the pleasure of seeing Flyleaf live a few years ago. Incredible band, they were much better live than what is represented here. Sounds to me like they didn't get a good sound check, it's like she can't hear herself. When I saw them it was a great live show.

@MrDopeGiraffe artists actually love to hear it when people sing along because it makes them feel great and it shows them that u actually took the time to learn the lyrics. i quote from hayley williams "The cool part is that no matter what age or who they are they all know the song's lyrics and are all totally into the shows when we come to their town." just cuz u dont like doesnt mean the masterminds who wrote the music dont. and everybodys just havin a good time and singin to their fav songs

that i usually the case with female rock singers. Unfortuately. but keep in mind that shes doing like three shows a week, that voice does get tired and probably a little scrathy. :)

Even though this comment is pretty old, I can't believe so many fangirls and boys are just throwing this comment into a shit hole. First of all it was that user's opinion. Second of all, the quality of sound IS much worse than the CD version. This is not to say Lacey cannot sing, it's just how concerts are. She's most likely been singing a few songs before this one, tiring out her voice more. Concerts take a lot of energy to perform. She is a great singer with a unique voice. Now press play.

She`s not the best singer but it`s just the emotion and feeling with she sings....its amazing. Saw them live in 2006 and her voice was much better and her live-performance was excellent.....She`s totally sexy in her way :D

Her voice sounds so damaged maybe from touring and singing lots... But she's barely hitting some of those notes... She's out of breath and strained. It's a pretty undermining performance compared to what she can do. The emotion is still solid but the pitch and support isn't there

Well... I know you people are not going to like what I'm about to write... but this live version honestly sucks :( The studio version is absolutely awesome & totally beautiful, but here her voice is... bahh! WHAT HAPPENED? She might be tired because she sang loads of songs before, but it's not pleasant to listen to that at all! And God knows I love that song on CD...
