Focus on what you can control 

Today, let me share my biggest lesson in 2023. I kind of knew this concept from Buddhism, but I came to realize it from bottom of my heart throughout unexpected and undesirable experiences last year. In reality, there's full of things which are not under your control. Despite the fact, we often stick with them trying to change a better way. The thing is, however, there's no sense of good or bad in the first place. As long as you judge people or things, you are less likely to escape from uncontrollable matters. What you have on your hand is YOUR CHOISE. You can step away from the people or situations without ever feeling disappointed, depressed or even betrayed. It is what it is. It's just a fact and it doesn't matter your life. It's always you who navigate your life. Don't let someone else control your life. With this mindset, I feel very blessed and positive towards everything now. Excited to see the best version of myself in 2024! Let's gooooooooooo! High hopes!
