These people need to be prosecuted for the offence of deception. I'm sure the current legislation does cover this. They are a total disgrace and an insult to the real homeless.

His name was Mark but he wanted to call him Brian . Hes a Burglar he robed several of his wife's friends Burgled their houses some of them more than once . He lived in scouse land . Lives in Dalston London now . He was fake homeless .
Hahaha kev i did similar thing with Romanians in my local town centre. Who met up with 5 other Romanians and then where picked up in a shiny new transit van outside the 24hour gym by what looked like grandad Romania driving it

If they were more honest , and said i cant work , dont want to work , im begging for spare cash to fund my lifestyle , supplement my lifestyle , then i can choose to not contribute , but to muddy the waters , and look , act homeless , say your homeless is pure deception , reprehensible and detracts from needy homeless people .
I think you made the right decision Kev not to board the bus and follow him. You don't know who's watching you while your watching him (and i'm talking about your true fans either) You have to think about your own safety. I understand your reluctance to get on the bus and continue following him, but by not doing so, you haven’t proved anything. He could claim to be living in a tent in Sefton Park and although that’s very doubtful, especially with three dogs, it’s not impossible. But he could be meeting his mates in the pub to share their grift money. Like you, I’m as mad as hell about such scammers, as they’re taking advantage of peoples good nature and also preventing genuine homeless people from getting assistance. So he and his buddies should be exposed. Sadly, most people will now assume that all homeless people are scammers, and refuse to help them. We should not allow such scammers to harden our hearts.
We’ve got a few in our town.. seen the same 3 bogus beggar women getting picked up by a guy in an old 5 series numerous times… it was better when the worst filth on our streets was dog sh!t..
I was on an 86 to town just before Xmas and him and a women got on at the top of smithdown Road just before lodge lane so yeah you're probably right mate 👍
There was an old bird used to do the same in & around Wrexham. She always had the saddest face in the *_world_* on her. Then one day, I was by the traffic lights and a swanky Volvo pulled along side me in the adjacent lane...you can guess who was driving it can't ya? Yep - Mrs Melancholy!! Sometimes when I'm coming home from town Saturday night/Sunday morning he gets on the 86A at 5.37 am at Liverpool One with a few others everytime I'm there. They get off outside the school at the top of Smithdown. I've seen them with my own eyes. I think they live on Wendell Street. I don't think they've been here all that long tbh, maybe a year or so. That's when I first started to see them.
You should have got on the bus and followed him back to his house. I was in Newcastle recently and was astounded by the amount of street beggars in the city centre. I don't see any reason why there should be so many homeless people there. I personally think that most of the Streetly beggars you see in the UK are fake homeless
Of course they are,all the ones in London have been followed by journalists many times and they all go home to big cosy houses in the suburbs at the end of every day!!
The couple that lived across the road from me for years use to do this Manchester.. I couldn't believe my eyes😂 thry were characters. Thry did have a drug problem but they never bothered anyone..this is not right though and it makes me very suspicious.. bloody hell😂

Yeah , spot on .I used to live Smithdiwn Road area it's gone right down the shitter with all these types of &&&& ruining what used to be a lovely area .These people are now even moving further on towards Allerton and beyond . I think you should have boarded the bus and followed him deffo. But even if you erected a big sign saying this &&&&bag is a phoney people would still give him money. I was homeless with old man in kings cross london one night i said youve got a flat let's go there he replied no point no electrick no gas no food its as cold there as it is here , so im homeless because he had drank it . He was fake homeless . He. Said he was a white star warrior. 😅

There is a creepy down and out dude in my area, always buying cheapy cider from the office licence and putting bets on at the bookies during the day, at night time you will see him begging for money outside clubs and bars late on. He has a flat which we the tax payers pay for

Hi Kev, I watch you're vlogs about the homeless & the work those wonderful groups do, I dont normally comment because it makes me angry & a comment would turn in to political rant & I don't want that to happen. But something has to be done about these fake beggars, they're everywhere even in the local towns near me, Glasgow which is the closest major city, has its fair share of these fakes now. I live near Loch Lomond which is a tourism hostpot from May to October the village of Balloch is jumping with tourist & the last few yrs They've even been spotted up here, near tourist information, the Loch Cruises & Train Station, they'll be coining it in. Do you know if the ones outside McDonalds in Lord Street are fake as well? EVERY DAY (usually around 8:30am - I'll be seeing them in 1h30 eurrgh) without fail there are 1-3 people (always the same people) hovering around and asking anyone who enters Maccies for a bit of spare change. Eurrgh and I can't even eat lunch on a public bench at times without one of these people approaching me! I used to be very kind with homeless people on the streets, and I'll be looking at donating to a charity now that I'm working more in the city centre, but ffs these guys are a complete joke how they collar me outside places (they also hover around cash machines as if I'm going to give them a crisp £10 note haha). And people wonder why the government are keen on things like the Vagrancy Act - I swear that legislation is in response to these people.

There's also a Romanian couple who i do talk to who hate them as she sells the big issue and hardly makes a penny and he plays the accordion and makes pennies. And both doing 8hours plus daily. So they're trying do something to earn money and losing out to sit on the ass fakes 1s

100% hes not homeless and a lad who sits outside Tesco told me that if they were proper homeless people then they wouldn't sit around with there sleeping bedding wrapped around them or sitting on it as this lad said his bedding is stashed away in a plastic bag hide away ready for the night time as he doesn't want it getting wet or dirty , he says anyone that's really homeless will beg just sitting down with either an old blanket around them or nothing wrapped around them? Its really sad and he also said them people who you are filming are NOT HOMELESS aas if you ever want to see who is really homeless then just sit outside the whitechapel area and you will soon see ! Terrible isn't it these people are taking from the real homeless
I do due diligence before making these videos. I have numerous reliable sources who tell me that these men aren’t homeless and even have addresses for them
I would be very suprised if he were homeless.The two pics the one on the left has been about a bit i gave him also socks hand wipes toothpaste and brush there is another guy as well and i think they swop dogs . cheeky hardface gets.totaly not fair .to the genuine just taking from them. my friend thinks they are being forced to do it by some one and they are victims and need help if they dont take back a certain amount they get punished well im not sure if they are inoccent they can drop in the cop shop.
I like that you call out the fake homeless, I’ve been had myself a few times but in having a bit of laugh by following him and exposing his route. You’ve possibly put a target on his back where he could potentially be harmed. Someone may watch this vid and decide to go that step further. I don’t think you’d want that on your conscience because you seem like a really good man.

This guy and the other two in the photograph at the end have been identified as not being homeless by numerous reliable sources. I do my due diligence going in to these videos.
I wish you had taken the bus to eliminate guess work. You have no issues with stalking since you're in public filming, & you don't need anyone's permission. Finding where he lives may expose several more doing this as they usually operate in groups. Long live citizen journalism!.
What was the point of following him to the bus stop You should of just got on the bus to prove that what you said about him not being homeless was the truth instead of assuming he lives on Smithdown road with the others Others as in who ...?.because to me and i can bet alot of other people watching you could come across as being kind of ignorant even racist not sayin you are but you need to be mindful of what you say when you use words like all the others and talk about an area that is known to house people from an ethnic minority
To what race would it come across as racist to? I’ve called out numerous fake homeless people in previous videos of different/all ethnicities. To which ethnicity would it be racist to accuse someone of being dishonest? The gentleman in question has been confirmed as not being homeless and someone has even provided an address, which I won’t be following up. Of course he could be homeless and still get on a bus, but on this occasion it isn’t the case
