Food is the answer to fat loss. Quality nutrition feeds the bacteria in our gut. Poor meal choices also feed them. These choices influences the way we feel, look and perform in day to day life as well our hunger.
100% facts, good video. It takes mental discipline at first to eat a strict whole food, but the benefits are worth it. Cleaning up my diet cured my sleep apnea which was destroying my life, fixed incurable skin conditions and other unpleasant ailments I have had for years. I cold turkey quit - alcohol, refined sugar, processed food, bread, cookies, crackers etc. A typical dinner now is something like salmon with side of salsa salad followed by greek yoghurt with sliced banana. I also gym 3x a week. No way am I going back to the old way of eating!
