Put all your weight on the foot! Takes away the pain immediately, yes sounded really terrible in the moment but it helped almost instantly. I don’t know what the other comments are saying but this really helps
If you get calve cramp instantly start walking on it, the goal is to get the blood back into the muscle so start walking on the foot when you get the cramp
I have them they come and go but it’s happening more and more my toes curl inwards very painful only way to get to not curl is setting my foot flat on the floor or I start running but I can still feel my toes stiff have you found a solution?
Bruh I am a teen and I experinces this I use to laugh at my mom and dad when they had foot cramps I feel like krama came on me for that it hurts like hell when you curl up your toe hard
My 1st bad foot cramp was EXCRUCIATING!!! It started on the upper right side of my right foot (near base of toes). From there, it worked it's way to the ankle area at which point it felt like someone was trying with all their might to break my foot off my leg at an outward 90⁰ angle!!! To the point!: A friend told me that as soon as I felt the cramps/spasms starting, immediately take/swallow a spoonful of yellow mustard. By god, I swear it works!!! I now keep a bottle of mustard in my bedroom. No spoon - I just squeeze a lot directly into my mouth. Previous to the mustard advice, someone had said to drink dill pickle juice. That didn't do anything for me.
The mustard works for my wife. Taking it as a preventive seems not to help. Taking it at the onset seems to work. I also use bio freeze and similar products which seem to work better on the calf. So much involved with vitamins etc. as they effect other stuff also. Scary.
I have had cramps in my legs and feet my entire life! They are excruciating and nothing helps in preventing them. I have tried every suggestion without any success.

I had them fairly often when I was pregnant, had cramps in the back of my knees when I was a kid…around 8yo, but the grandaddy of all muscle crams occur in your inter thighs. I thought they were the worst pain ever, but that was before I had a bilateral tear in my meniscus.
I usually pop outta bed in a hurry- go for a mid-night run 🏃♂️ lol down my hallway while I pinch my upper lip LOL sometimes it takes the attention off the leg.
the past like three months, this always happens after i get done working out :// and one of my toes keeps going like paralyzed for a few minutes after it happens lol, thanks for the video though I think I need to stretch my feet better before I exercise
I get occasional leg cramps, but the foot cramp is only in left foot, after I broke tibia and my knee on a hard landing. I could not completely straighten my leg/knee for almost a year, and this is when the foot cramp started. But, i dont really have problems at night as much as day.
I have sciatica rly bad in my left leg & some type of nerve/displacement problems and its really put a toll on my feet and ankles, i swear sometimes its multiple times a night i wake up jumping out of bed to stomp my cramps out, sometimes they are so bad i cant even do that, these things suck!
I began taking hbp meds again and the cramps are back. Had to smack my legs as both feet/ toes began to cramp simultaneously and walking wasnt helping . ughgg hate this!!! Taking deep breaths also seemed to help. Lol now my toes are sweaty.
I have had them all my life, way before caffine and beer etc. some vitamins seem to help gator aid is not a good thing for anyone to drink its a petroleum product. water is best
Going on 20 minutes now. The worst was the onset, then serious pain for about 10 minutes. When searching it up it was between dvt and a charley horse. I was about to go to the hospital, thinking it was dvt, but then he mentioned beer before bed (I had about 3 before going to sleep, and two a few hours before), no water, and was feeling hot under the covers, so took my legs out (it is a bit chilly). Hearing those common signs have me so much relief. It’s feeling much better now nearly 30 minutes as I write now. Imagine waking up at 4am thinking you have a serious medical emergency 😆 I’d rather not be just another victim of glossing over warning symptoms unchecked, and or over reacting.
No it does not. The toes on my left foot are always cramping up, the middle and next to middle toe start getting on top of each other and don't loosen up for about 5-10mins. Idk what you talking about son.
Wait I’m a diabetic, type 1 and I’ve always had problems with my sugars. I’ve been trying to get it under control I’m 15 years old and For the past 2 years I’ve been getting terrible cramps in my legs and feet and I have nerve pain sometimes. Does this mean I’m going to die within the next 5years
@@lolpee4215 ayo what 💀. They hurt so bad lmao, but wtv you’re into man . But honestly idk, I just tilt my toe on a certain angle and it cramps the side of my foot
I had one in in a family meeting and I was on my first day of period also was infected with covid I wished to die at that moment , just sat there pretended nothing was happening and kept smiling for a minute untill it's gone
The only thing that works for me is to lay on my back, lift my leg in the air, and shake my leg like I am trying to get change to fall outta the pockets on my toes. That's it. If I imagine the coins falling out of my toes, the cramp slowly goes away. If I stop, it comes back. Then, I walk around and sit up in rotation for 20-30 mins and I can go back to sleep.
You shouldn’t be saying peripheral neuropathy can cause death within 5 years. That’s a ridiculous statement to make. If you’re talking about smokers and diabetics then ok definitely agree. This can be very damaging because I have it but from damage to my nerve from a disc in my back. It’s because of a doctors’ negativity and insensitivity that mentally had an effect on me that had a knock on effect to my recovery. I had to search for a doctor that concentrated on the positive. Not the doom and gloom worst case scenario causing more damage than than the root causes.

You're smart Gatorade very acidic I use Himalayan salt has 86 minerals and drink a couple glasses of Kangen water very hydrating. Regular water would work too we lack minerals. Will take headaches away even if you have a bleeding ulcer take this Himalayan salt and drink a couple glasses of water in will ease the symptoms almost immediately.
