(🔺While feeing your baby don’t leave them unattended)
🔺 Always supervise when your child is eating. Make sure your child sits up in a high chair or other safe place. Don't serve foods that your baby could choke on.
🔺You do not need to puree fruits. You can offer your baby soft mashed fruits, and small pieces of soft fruits as finger foods.
(🔺Note: 8-12 months old Babies this age are likely showing more interest in table foods. You can fork-mash, cut up, blend, or grind whatever foods the rest of the family eats. To prevent choking, cook table foods a little longer, until very SOFT, and cut or shred them into small pieces that your baby can handle safely.

🔺 Around 9 months old, infant usually can pick food up between their finger and thumb so they can try feeding themselves.
While we are having breakfast we make Abby sit next to us ,They enjoy being at the table.
-🔺 If your baby refuses a new food or spits it out, don’t force it. Try again a few days later, serve new foods in small portions and don’t give up. It can take 8-10 tries before a baby accepts a new food.

1)OATS WITH CARROT
HOW TO PREPARE OATS WOTH ALMOND, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS
Recipe- • 8 month Old Baby Food ...
OATS WITH CARROT
-2 tbsp oats mixture powder
-4” carrot cut ,boiled & puréed
-Peel and cut carrot
-Cook until tender
-When it cooled blend it to a purée
-dash cumin & garlic powder,
Method
-Add to the carrot purée 2 tbsp oats mixture add very little water & mix
-Turn on the flame bring the mixture to a boil keep stirring for 5-6 minutes or until thickened
-Remove from the heat let it stand for 2 more
-Serve warm.
2)VEGETABLE SOFT KEBABS
-1-2 broccoli florets
-1-2 cauliflower florets
-4” carrot peeled
-1 tbsp fresh green peas
-1/2 snap potato boiled & grated
-2 tbsp cooked white rice
-1 tbsp grated paneer
Steam: cover with a lid & steam broccoli, cauliflower & green peas
Cook until they reaches your desired leave of tenderness 5-6 minutes,
-Test out your broccoli with a fork/knife simply poke one of the broccoli piece.
-Let it cool a bit,
-In a mixing bowl grate potato, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot , remove the peel from each green peas & mash with a fork to get smooth texture.
-Grated paneer
-Mix well of the mixture has too moisture , add fresh brown breadcrumbs (as needed)
-Take small size give cylindrical shape
-Brush melted butter bake until they turn brown, remove let it cool turn over and brush melted butter grill until golden brown.
-Let it cool
-Serve very small pieces
3)RED/BROWN FAT RICE KHICHDI
-1 cup fat red rice wash soak and cook (use as required, rest refrigerate) 2 tbsp cooked rice
-3” carrot cut
-3” zucchini cut
-very little organic cow ghee
-dash turmeric, cumin powder
-dash garlic/one garlic pod
-3 spinach leaves (wash & soak in salt water for 10 minutes)
-3” pumpkin peel & cut
-Add to pressure cooker pumpkin, carrot, zucchini, spinach, cooked rice, garlic, cumin & turmeric powder close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles
-open the lid remove all the vegetables mash a bit
-Add all the mixture into a small dish add organic cow ghee
-Serve warm
