Nick, I am totally serious, if timing was right, right now I would be calling Vitor to make an appointment for an immediate viewing. This is up our street! It's priced right, it looks that it has really good bones and it's just begging for a renovation. The upstairs would be living, dining, kitchen and convert the downstairs to 2 bedrooms and bath. Workshop and garage in the attached shed. Small yard for our little veg garden and a couple of fruit trees. What a view out back! Oh man! I am hating to missing out on this one! It will be gone soon I am sure.

Hi Vitor! Greetings from Scotland! Thanks for showing us around some properties last year and taking us to the wee village where we bought a good few litres of very nice local wine! Take care and be very blessed, Julie and Colin xx
I even forgot who’s the content creator since it’s just been turned into a real-estate channel. It’s nice to see all the different properties but what happened to filming off grid life ? I’m guessing the sponsors pay well. Lol.
I Love It! Thanks, Nick! Unfortunately I'm a year out from moving to Portugal. However, you have a knack for finding properties for your followers. Thanks!
Great Price for fixer upper. Too bad there isn't just a little bit more land on other side of house for some fruit trees. Love that you have parking on site. So much potential. Livable until remodeled is a plus. Will the owners be removing all the rubbish??? I hope so.
When I watched the drone footage it looks like rhe land to the left once belonged, that's a shame. There will be other plots of land available to buy in the village I'm sure. As for rubbish, that's the owners new rubbish 😅
@@destino2portugalWhen I watched the footage from the drone, I also thought that the land on the left belonged to them. It's good that the owners took care of a new roof.
Evening Nick and Vitor,…what a lovely place I think I’d be tempted to move the kitchen to the big room as you come in then make the extension rooms knocked into one big room for the sitting room with patio doors opening onto sun terrace with a part covered way to the bathroom leaving it there and a small get away room beside it. Put stairs in the first bedroom going down to the room below and convert the big room into a couple of bedroom plus the extra area in the upstairs bedroom take wall down between the two bedrooms making them into one bedroom with the door in the new wall that has the stairs in going down. 😊😊😊😊
You're right about having the living space upstairs Martin and the bedrooms down, just to take in the view and the sun terrace. I also think bedrooms down would be warmer in winter and cooler in summer 👌 Thanks for commenting and supporting us, your support is very much appreciated ♥️
Nice view, fair price. But “Inside needs some works” doesn’t really cover the amount of work required. It’s a total fixer upper. Perfect, though, for someone with money who’s willing to go through the process.
Hi nick Hope all is well thanks for getting us these nice vids. Was wondering how is Paula we not seen her for ages hope she's OK. Keep up the good work 👏
Hello Nick...a couple questions, i apologize if it's not the proper platform. (1) Where is Paula? (2) I'm starting to see new terms...specifically T1, T3 etc...please explain this catagorization
We only work for the beneficence of our viewers. A place of honesty and integrity has always been our standards and always will. T1 is a 1 bed, T3 is a 3 bedroomed house. We wanted to work with other agents as we felt they had more to offer, a better selection of property, and we have a rule of only working with one agent in each town so WE ended our working relationship with the other agencies.
I love all those " its got potential" comments, usually made by those that have zero idea on how to fix things up or how to get the work done in a foreign country. Good luck throwing away your money !
I've worked in construction all my life and am aware of what is needed, I see a beautiful property with stunning views it's just a shame there's not more land, that's the only downside. Good luck finding some inspiration and vision ♥️
@@destino2portugal Nick I don't think @fencer39 was directing his comment at you, more the uninformed daydreaming armchair viewers who swoon "wow", "great potential" et al
@@destino2portugal Hey Nick as above. I'm not directing any criticism at you. I respect you opinions and comments. I was directing my comment at all the day dreamers that dont generally know their a55 from their elbow. You know the type. Keep up the good work, mate and keep smiling !!😁😁
It looks to of being the old community water tank from back when there wasn’t plumbed water to each house. The ‘council’ would put a community water facility in somewhere where there was natural water supply in this case from a water mine. Some places there was a community wash house and they are still there if you look. Hope that this answers your question.😊😊
Thanks Martin. When I watched this back I pondered a different question, does the 3 properties share the water mine and the tank belongs to just the property, that's also a possibility.
