Harry, can't thank you enough! - my daughter's car died the other day and I've been fretting over batteries/starter motors/alternators & garage bills. Replacing this fuse fixed it.

Thank you very much for the video man ya saved me pushing car off the harbour. I couldn't for the life of me get to the bottom of it watched your video went out checked the fuse again but replaced it this time and bang straight away start again thank you so much 👍 👍 👍
My 2007 Focus wouldn't start so I removed the instrument cluster and found four cracked solder joints on the circuit board, on the back of the main connector. I re-soldered all of the pins on the connector and everything works fine now.

Hi Harry my 2014 ford focus started showing immobilizer light and won't start from today but when I use my spare keys no problem what could be the problem with my other key?
Going to be the chip inside the key you will need to take it to a auto locksmith if you have dropped the key the chip might have come lost of fell out of the key
Hope you can help, I have a focus 02 I recently bought a new fob and programmed it fine now central locking works but it won’t start the car? It’s the key I have always used just the fob has changed. It then started with the other key (blue dot) with door open- then started with fob key but I had to turn it 4 times and now won’t start again?? I think I need to reset immobiliser but not sure how? Any help would be great thanks!
Hello rianna you might want to check to see if the keys have been saved in the ecu this might be a chip reprogram needed ie reprogram the keys to the car is the red dot flashing on dash when you have the key in or dose it go out Thanks H
Hello Harry I have a Ford Focus 2008 during a drive at around 60mph the car engine malfunction sign came on and speed was reduced. when i pulled over restarted a couple of time the warning went away and back up to 55 I then took it to a friend who used computer and engine appears fine but a warning about anti theft imobiliser came up. it has happened a few times now. do you have advice on this??

Hi Harry , I've get a ford focus 2007 1.8 diesel , can you tell me what the red light is for at the side of the speed clock , mine stays on and dashboard says engine system fault any help please appreciated .
My 09 plate 1.8 diesel Ford Focus has been riddled with problems, sone dangerous including instrument cluster and the very latest: total failure of the engine management module. Ford want a class-action against them. Current has 69,400 miles on clock. Pathetic. A long list of other expensive repairs, too, includind ALL the injectors.
Hi Harry. Have prob with 06 Focus MK2 1.8d. No time on the car radio this morning, just 3 lines. No dash lights (only airbag symbol flashing) and nothing when starting. Battery is good, connections good, power to windows, wipers, lights and indicators. Any fault ideas or fixes recommended. F67 on my passenger fuse box feeds immobiliser and dash cluster, fuse looks good. Regards, Tony
Hey .I have ford focus 2005 and all key lost..I've successfully program 2 new keys.. immobilizer lights stop flashing after a seconds. .when I try to start it doesn't start..it seems like my battery is dead..I change battery with a new one. and now my instrument cluster don't lights.up..what will I do..Is anybody have email so that I can send video to help me.

Hi Harry, how much power does it consume/ drain the battery with the continuous flashing immobilizer light. My Ford ecosport battery is draining flat in every 3 days.

@@lavndabd2268 only U1900? and your car wont start? if so it could be missing 12V or ground to ECU / PCM. Also your IC / 2 pins should get soldered.. Diesel or gasoline?

Hi Harry, hope you can help me out. My focus 06 plate died on me a few days back as I was driving, there was no issues early that day. Went to turn it back on as I'd thought I'd stalled it and the engine wasn't working. The immobiliser light was going mental. Tried it 5 minutes later and it started up so I drove home as I was less than a mile away and the car died again near my home. Again gave it 5 minutes and it started again so I parked it up, gave it a bit of a rev then engine light came on. Got a code reader on the next day and it came up with u0155 and u0073. After a bit of research I believe this could be the icp as my model of focus are known to have problems, usually sorted by a bit of re soldering. However after seeing your video I wondering whether it's the fuse that's the problem. Have you any ideas mate?
@@harrywatts6132 my mates mechanic friend put his machine on it, it came up with loads of icp codes and also a code for the camshaft sensor which he believes is the problem. Engine turned over fine after that and he advised me to drive it a little every say for a while as it doesn't move much. Next day tried 3 times and engine wouldn't start, so I gave to top of the dashboard a little thump and it started up. It's run fine since. Any ideas
hi mate mine is doing sa.e thing sent ecu off for testing they can't test it..bought new ecu had it coaded in ...it starts but is it gonna last...the ecu had no protective cover on ...& had been tampered with
hey I have 2006 ford focus 2.0..was driving and car died..towed and checked fuses saw my #9 fuse blown the 20A one..replaced it tried start car and I am getting dashes on odometer no crank no start..used a light tested tonight switched fuel pump and pcm relay still same no crank no start and dashes on odometer..light tested showed power on all fuses in engine compartment..any ideas??
Where is the fuel reset in trunk? I havent tried it yet..all fuses are good cleaning grounds..still same thing dashes odometer nothing no start crank..i have power to everything
